تعلن شركة سيمنز للطاقة (Siemens Energy) عن وظيفة مشرف تركيب وصيانة المحولات (Transformer Installation & Service Supervisor) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن عضو متفرغ وملتزم للانضمام إلى فريقنا، جاهز للسفر في جميع أنحاء المملكة حسب متطلبات العمل، ويتمتع بخبرة جيدة في اختبار وتشغيل محولات الطاقة بمختلف الفولتية والتصنيفات والتكوينات بما في ذلك معداتها الفرعية ذات الصلة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- اختبار وتشغيل محولات الطاقة بمختلف الفولتيات والتصنيفات والتكوينات بما في ذلك المعدات الفرعية المرتبطة بها، والتعامل السليم مع أدوات الاختبار.
- التوضيحات الفنية مع الموردين الفرعيين والمصممين ومقدمي الخدمات.
- تخطيط وتطوير الخدمات اللوجستية للموقع فيما يتعلق بأعمال التركيب/التشغيل/الإنشاء.
- دعم مدير المشروع في إدارة المخاطر والمطالبات.
- ضمان الجودة في موقع البناء بما في ذلك الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة (NCR).
- الإلمام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) في مواقع البناء (مثل تقييم المخاطر، منع الخسائر، Zero Harm، العمل على الارتفاعات، وغيرها).
- إجراء التنسيق والمتابعة الحيوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن في المواقع.
- ترتيب جميع المستندات والنماذج اللازمة للحصول على تصاريح دخول الموقع للعمال والمعدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة مرموقة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مواقع البناء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل الفعال شفهياً وكتابياً، ومهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والتأثير.
- القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام وإدارة أعباء العمل بفعالية مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف المباشر، والمرونة في إدارة مهام متعددة ومتنوعة.
- مهارات فعالة في حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في المواقف الحرجة زمنياً.
- الحساسية والاستجابة لاحتياجات المجموعات الدينية والعرقية والقبلية والثقافية المختلفة.
- النزاهة المثبتة ومستوى عالٍ من السلوك الشخصي.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Testing and commissioning of power Transformers with different voltages, ratings & configurations including its related sub-equipment and proper handling of testing tools
- Technical clarification with sub-suppliers, designer, and service providers
- Planning and developing site logistics with respect to installation/commissioning/construction works.
- Support project manager in risk and claim management
- Ensure quality on the construction site including non-conformance reporting (NCR)
- Awareness of EHS requirements in construction sites (i.e. Risk assessment, Loss prevention, Zero Harm, work in height, etc.)
- Do vital coordination and follow-up with clients, consultants and subcontractors at sites.
- Arrange all documents and forms needed to acquire sites gate passes for labor and equipment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
- At least 3 years’ experience in construction sites
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior.
