تعلن شركة Air Products في الجبيل (المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي إدارة المواد، حيث ستعمل مع فرق التشغيل والصيانة لإدارة مخزون قطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية للمنشآت باستخدام نظام SAP، بهدف تحقيق توازن مثالي بين تكاليف المصنع وتوفر المعدات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير بيئة عمل آمنة وإظهار القيادة في تطبيق إجراءات السلامة لمنع الإصابات.
- بناء قائمة المواد (BOM) بناءً على بيانات الموردين وإدخالها في SAP مع تحديد مواقع التخزين.
- تحديد المستوى المناسب لقطع الغيار بعد تشغيل المنشأة بناءً على توفر القطع محلياً.
- إدارة تجهيز المنشأة العامة بما في ذلك إنشاء وإدارة المخازن الفرعية.
- دعم المستودعات أثناء مرحلة التشغيل التجريبي والحفاظ على دقة مراقبة المخزون.
- تقديم مدخلات للمستودع عند الحاجة أثناء فترات الصيانة المخططة للإدارة.
- فهم المتطلبات التنظيمية البيئية.
- دعم أنشطة التشييد والتشغيل الشاملة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة وأفضل الممارسات في إدارة المستودعات.
- تحسين مستويات المخزون.
- إدارة شحن ومراقبة قطع الغيار الواردة والصادرة للمنشأة.
- إدارة برنامج استبدال المخزون.
- إدارة برنامج فحص المخزون.
- ترتيبات النقل الطارئ مع الموردين.
- تقديم التدريب والدعم في طرق إدارة مخزون البضائع الصلبة ومعاملات SAP.
- إدارة التخزين الآمن لقطع الغيار الرأسمالية داخل الموقع وخارجه.
- الامتثال لمعايير الشركة في السلامة والصحة والبيئة وتنفيذ متطلبات السلامة الإلزامية.
- ضمان تنفيذ أنشطة المستودع وفقاً لمتطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة.
- المساهمة في تطوير إجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة لدعم أنشطة المستودع.
- الإشراف على مقاولي المستودعات ومساعدتهم في الأنشطة المرتبطة بالموقع، مع ضمان اتباع فلسفة السلامة والموثوقية.
- العمل مع فرق التشغيل والصيانة لفهم مشكلات المصنع وتنفيذ حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة تراعي السلامة والموثوقية وجودة المنتج ومرونة التوريد.
- تقديم الدعم أثناء فترات التوقف المخطط لها (TAR) بضمان توفر قطع الغيار والمواد لفريق الموقع.
- الاستجابة للطوارئ على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق التشغيل والصيانة لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال المستودعات وإدارة المخزون.
- درجة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو التخصصات التقنية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية مع القدرة على تشغيل الرافعة الشوكية وتدريب الآخرين (ميزة إضافية).
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (قراءة وكتابة).
- معرفة بنظام SAP (ERP).

Technical And General Responsibility
- Build the Bill of Materials (BOM) as provided by suppliers and enter the data and stored location into SAP.
- Determine the correct level of spare parts once the facility is operational based on in country availability of parts to meet the business needs.
- General plant provisioning including ‘zone’ store set up and management.
- Provide warehouse support during the commissioning of the plants. Maintain accurate inventory control.
- Provide warehouse input as required for scheduled outages to Management.
- Understand environmental regulatory requirements.
- Support overall construction and commissioning activities.
- Insure company standards and best practices for warehouse management are met.
- Optimize stock levels.
- Manage shipment and control of facility spares inward & outward.
- Manage the stock replacement program.
- Manage stock inventory check program.
- Emergency transport arrangements with vendors.
- Provide training and support in “hard goods” inventory management methods and SAP transactions.
- Manage the safe storage of capital spares both onsite and offsite.
- Ensure to comply with company safety, health and environment standard, fulfil the mandatory safety requirement and activities.
- Ensure warehouse activities are executed in compliance with EH&S requirements.
- Contribute to the development of EH&S related procedures in support of warehouse activities.
- Supervise and assist warehouse contractors with all sites related activities assigned to them, ensuring the safety and reliability philosophy is followed.
- Working with the operations and maintenance teams understand plant issues and execute cost effective solutions for resolution to meet the customer’s satisfaction on safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility on product supply.
- Provide support during turnarounds (TAR), insuring spares and materials are available to the site team.
- Emergency response required 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day.
- Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal and communication skills are essential to the position (Credibility and respect across the organization is important).
