المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ تقنيات الشبكات الجديدة والمحسّنة بما يتوافق مع معايير Air Products والتوجيه الاستراتيجي المحدد للمشاريع، بما يشمل الاتصال بالموقع البعيد والمؤسسي.
- التعلّم والفهم والامتثال لمعايير Air Products للبنية التحتية للشبكات العالمية، بما في ذلك الشبكات اللاسلكية (Wireless) والشبكات المحلية (LAN) وشبكات SD-WAN.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق أمن المؤسسة والمهندسين المعماريين وهندسة الشبكات لفهم التصاميم عالية المستوى ونشر الخدمات وفق التوجه الاستراتيجي.
- تنفيذ الجهود الهندسية لضمان حداثة تقنيات الشبكات وقابليتها للدعم الفني.
- تقديم دعم الشبكات لتصعيد المشكلات وحلها.
- التعاون مع مقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين لاستكشاف أخطاء تقنيات شبكات WAN وتشغيلها.
- المشاركة في تمارين Cyber SAT و Integrated SAT و last planner.
- الوفاء بالتزامات مستوى الخدمة المقدمة للأعمال سواء فيما يخص حوادث الشبكات أو عمليات النشر.
- تكوين وتهيئة أجهزة شبكات ICS (Industrial Control Systems).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة ذات صلة مطلوبة.
- خبرة في أنظمة التوجيه والتحويل للشبكات الحالية LAN و WAN و SD WAN.
- شهادات صناعية تطبيقية معتمدة أو ما يعادل 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في دور مهندس شبكات.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية التفصيلية والتواصل الفعال مع المستخدمين النهائيين على جميع المستويات.
- الوصول المادي إلى مواقع Air Products المطبقة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق عالمية متعددة التخصصات للمساعدة في المشاريع والمهام.
- اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل التقنية.
- القدرة على العمل مع البائعين الاستراتيجيين ومقدمي الخدمات/الدعم الخارجيين والموردين الآخرين من جهات خارجية.
- محترفون حاصلون على شهادات كفاءة صناعية معتمدة.
- اتجاه إيجابي ونهج موجه نحو النتائج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عمل قوية بـ DNS و DHCP وإدارة عناوين IP.
- قدرة استثنائية على إدارة النطاق المحدد للنشر الميداني والتخطيط وإدارة المشاريع والتنسيق والمهارات التحليلية.
- القدرة على التعرف على المخاطر والمخالفات والتواصل بشأنها وتقديم توصيات للتخفيف من حدتها.
- مهارة متوسطة في تكوين أجهزة الشبكة باستخدام CLIs بالإضافة إلى أدوات إدارة البوابة/المنصة.
- مهارات برمجة نصية متوسطة في PowerShell و Python و Linux.
- مهارات متوسطة في استكشاف الأخطاء باستخدام أدوات الشبكات مثل Wireshark ومنصات البائعين لتحديد وتشخيص مشاكل البنية التحتية والاتصال.
- القدرة على تفسير مخططات التصميم وتوثيق بيئات البنية التحتية للشبكات الأساسية بدقة باستخدام برامج مثل Visio.
- فهم أساسي لعمليات ITIL وإجراءات إدارة دورة الحياة.

- Performing the implementation of new and enhanced network technology that aligns to Air Products’ and Project Specific documented standards and strategic direction for enterprise and remote site connectivity.
- Learn, understand and comply with Air Products standards for global network infrastructure, including wireless, LAN and SD-WAN networks and connectivity.
- Work closely with Enterprise Security and Architects and Network Engineering teams to understand high-level designs and deploy services in line with our strategic direction.
- Execute engineering efforts to ensure currency and supportability of networking technology.
- Provide network support for problem escalations.
- Work with external service providers to troubleshoot and commission wide area network technologies
- Participate in Cyber SAT, Integrated SAT and last planner exercises
- Meet service level commitments to the business both for network incidents and deployments
- Configure and commission ICS network hardware
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
- Experience with current LAN, WAN and SD WAN networking routing and switching systems.
- Applied industry certifications or 5 years equivalent work experience in a network engineering role.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate detailed technical concepts and effectively communicate with end users at all levels
- Physical access to applicable KSA Air Products locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-organizational teams to assist with projects and tasks.
- Meticulous attention to technical details.
- Ability to work with strategic vendors, outside service/support providers and other third-party suppliers
- Industry skill competence certified professionals
- Positive Attitude and result oriented approach
- Strong working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP address management
- Extraordinary ability to manage defined scope for field deployments, planning, project management, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to recognize and communicate risks and produce mitigation recommendations.
- Intermediate skill with network device configuration using CLIs as well as portal/platform management tools.
- Intermediate scripting skills in PowerShell, Python and Linux.
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills using networking tools such as Wireshark and vendor platform portals to identify and diagnose infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Ability to interpret design diagrams and accurately document basic network infrastructure environments using programs like Visio.
- Basic understanding of ITIL process and procedures for lifecycle management.
