شركة Air Products تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس أول في الأتمتة الصناعية (DT Industrial Automation Senior Engineer) في تبوك، ضبا، السعودية، للعمل على مشروع NEOM Green Hydrogen بالتعاون مع مراكز الهندسة في الولايات المتحدة والهند.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تمثيل جهود هندسة حوسبة مصانع DT في برنامج NEOM Green Hydrogen.
  • العمل بشكل يومي وثيق مع مراكز هندسة Air Products في الولايات المتحدة والهند.
  • يتطلب خبرة ميدانية عملية في مواقع البناء / المشاريع النشطة قبل المرحلة التشغيلية.
  • التعاون مع مهندسي أتمتة العمليات لبناء ونشر أنظمة التحكم لمشاريع مصنع الهيدروجين الأخضر.
  • المشاركة في تقييمات ونشر الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة التحكم الصناعية.
  • تكوين وتثبيت أجهزة الكمبيوتر والخوادم لتطبيقات التحكم في العمليات.
  • المشاركة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها أثناء مراحل الاختبار والتشغيل والبدء المتعلقة بأجهزة الكمبيوتر والخوادم الخاصة بالتحكم.
  • تطوير مخططات Zone & Conduit ونماذج Purdue Enterprise Reference لأنظمة التحكم في العمليات.
  • تطوير وتصميم وتكوين ونشر تطبيقات أرضية المصنع لمكافحة البرامج الضارة والفيروسات واستعادة الكوارث والقوائم الآمنة وإدارة الأصول والوصول عن بُعد وكشف التسلل وطبقات الحماية الأخرى لأصول OT.
  • العمل مع الموردين واتباع أفضل الممارسات لدعم البنية التحتية المناسبة.
  • تحسين سير العمل وتطبيق الأتمتة لزيادة كفاءة الخدمة والإنتاجية.
  • المساعدة في تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الجدد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة (الكيميائية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية) أو خبرة عمل معادلة.
  • 15+ سنة من الخبرة في DT أو خبرة مماثلة مع أنظمة التحكم في العمليات.
  • خبرة مع أنظمة تشغيل Windows PC (Windows 7 و10 و11) وأنظمة تشغيل Windows Server (2016 و2019 و2022).
  • خبرة مع Symantec Endpoint Protection وAcronis Backup وNetop Remote Control وMcAfee Application Safelisting.
  • خبرة مع الشبكات (بروتوكولات TCP/IP وDNS وDHCP) وجدران الحماية وActive Directory.
  • إلمام بمعايير IEC 62443 وNIST SP-800 (ميزة إضافية).
  • شهادة ISA99/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist (ميزة إضافية).
  • الرغبة في تعلم وتطوير مهارات الإدارة الأمنية.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة التحكم الصناعية مثل Siemens PCS7 وHoneywell وABB وغيرها.
  • القدرة على إدارة أولويات مشاريع متعددة ومتطلبات متنافسة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة المشتركة في الموقع) ومهارات تواصل جيدة ومهارات قيادية وعمل جماعي، بما في ذلك القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.

Reimagine What’s Possible 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Primary role will represent DT Plant Computing engineering efforts on the NEOM Green Hydrogen program located in NEOM, KSA. This person will be embedded in the day-to-day efforts and work closely with the Air Products Engineering centers in the US and India.
  • The potential candidate is required to have hands-on field experience in an active construction / project sites before operational phase.
  • The role will work with Process Automation Engineers to build and deploy control systems for the NEOM Green Hydrogen plant projects and control system as included in the projects.
  • Participate in Industrial Control System cybersecurity assessments and deployments.
  • Configure and install PCs and Servers for Process Control Applications.
  • Participate in troubleshooting issues identified during testing and also any issues related to the DT activities during commissioning and start up as related to the Process Control PCs and Servers.
  • Develop Zone & Conduit Diagrams and Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture models for Process Control Systems.
  • Develop, design, configure and deploy Plant Floor applications for malware, antivirus, disaster recovery, safelisting, asset management, remote access, intrusion detection and various other layers of protection for OT assets.
  • Work with vendors and follow industry best practices for proper infrastructure support.
  • Optimize work processes and implement automation to drive service efficiency and productivity.
  • Help train, orient, bring up to speed new team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an Engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical), or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years DT experience or comparable experience with process control systems
  • Experience with Windows PC Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11) and Windows Server Operating Systems (Windows 2016, 2019, 2022)
  • Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, Acronis Backup, Netop Remote Control, and McAfee Application safelisting
  • Experience with networks (TCP/IP network protocols, DNS, DHCP), firewalls, and Active Directory
  • Fluent in IEC 62443, NIST SP-800 a plus.
  • ISA99/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist Certificate a plus
  • Willingness to learn and develop security administration skillset
  • Familiarity with industrial control systems like Siemens PCS7,Honeywell, ABB, etc
  • Ability to manage multiple project priorities and competing demands
  • English is the common language at site. Good communication skills in English, leadership and teamwork skills are required, including the ability to work independently.
  • Must be a creative thinker, results oriented, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Must be sharp, quick, dedicated and innovative problem solver
  • Must be able to safely handle physical demands of the position, including ability to lift up to 25 pounds, install equipment in tight spaces, and pull wire, cables, and run conduits as needs arise.

Willingness to demonstrate technical leadership and project delivery from project site location based working.
