تعلن شركة Air Products عن توفر وظيفة مهندس EPMS (أنظمة إدارة الطاقة الكهربائية) في تبوك، ضبا، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك للمساهمة في إغلاق وحل جميع المشكلات الفنية والتكاملية والاختبارية والتشغيلية المتعلقة بنظام EPMS، وضمان جاهزيته للتسليم النهائي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وترتيب أولويات وإدارة جميع بنود قائمة المتابعة (Punch List) والإجراءات المعلقة المتعلقة بنظام EPMS.
  • الحفاظ على سجل تتبع شامل لمشكلات EPMS مع تحديد المالكين والتواريخ المستهدفة وتحديثات الحالة.
  • التحقيق في المشكلات الفنية وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التحقق من حل جميع المشكلات المحددة وإغلاقها رسمياً.
  • تقديم الخبرة الفنية في بنية EPMS، الأجهزة، البرمجيات، الشبكات، وتكامل الأنظمة.
  • مراجعة إعدادات التهيئة، الإنذارات، الأحداث، التقارير، لوحات المعلومات، ووظائف المراقبة.
  • دعم استكشاف أخطاء الاتصال بين EPMS و SCADA و DCS و PLCs ومرحلات الحماية وأجهزة القياس والأنظمة المتكاملة الأخرى.
  • التحقق من أداء النظام وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات الاختبار للتحقق من حل المشكلات وإغلاقها.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة إعادة الاختبار وتوثيقها بعد الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان إتمام جميع اختبارات الوظائف والتكامل والموثوقية بنجاح.
  • دعم أنشطة اختبار القبول الموقعي (SAT) والتشغيل واختبار الأداء.
  • التواصل مع موردي EPMS ومتكاملي الأنظمة ومصنعي المعدات الأصلية ومقاولي EPC.
  • مراقبة بنود العمل الخاصة بالموردين وضمان حل العيوب في الوقت المناسب.
  • مراجعة والموافقة على الطلبات الفنية وتحديثات البرمجيات وتغييرات التهيئة.
  • تسهيل الاجتماعات الفنية لدفع عملية حل المشكلات.
  • ضمان اكتمال ودقة وثائق (as-built) النهائية.
  • مراجعة إجراءات التشغيل وأدلة الصيانة وأدلة المستخدم.
  • التحقق من إغلاق جميع التعليقات الناتجة عن اختبار القبول المصنعي (FAT) واختبار القبول الموقعي (SAT) والتشغيل ومراجعات الجاهزية التشغيلية.
  • دعم التسليم النهائي لفرق التشغيل والصيانة.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية عن المشكلات المعلقة والمخاطر وخطط التخفيف.
  • تسليط الضوء على العناصر الحرجة في المسار الزمني التي تؤثر على إنجاز المشروع.
  • رفع المشكلات الفنية غير المحلولة إلى إدارة المشروع عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة أنظمة الطاقة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 10+ سنوات في مشاريع أنظمة الطاقة الكهربائية أو SCADA أو EMS أو EPMS.
  • خبرة في تشغيل واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة المراقبة والتحكم الكهربائية.
  • سجل مثبت في إدارة قوائم المتابعة وأنشطة الإغلاق أثناء تنفيذ المشاريع.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بأنظمة مراقبة وحماية والتحكم في أنظمة الطاقة.
  • الإلمام ببروتوكولات الاتصال مثل Modbus و IEC 61850 و DNP3 و OPC وشبكات Ethernet.
  • خبرة في المحطات الفرعية الكهربائية، والمفاتيح الكهربائية، ومرحلات الحماية، وأجهزة قياس الطاقة، وأنظمة إدارة الطاقة.
  • فهم عمليات FAT و SAT والتشغيل والتسليم.
  • القدرة على تحليل سجلات النظام والإنذارات والأحداث وبيانات الأداء.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.

Job Title: EPMS Engineer

Job Purpose

The EPMS Engineer is responsible for driving the resolution and closeout of all outstanding EPMS-related technical, functional, integration, testing, and commissioning issues. The role involves coordinating with engineering contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, operations personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure the EPMS is fully functional, compliant with project requirements, and ready for final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Issue Management and Closeout

  • Review, prioritize, and manage all EPMS punch list items and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive EPMS issue tracker with owners, target dates, and status updates.
  • Investigate technical issues, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Verify that all identified issues are resolved and formally closed.

Technical Support

  • Provide technical expertise on EPMS architecture, hardware, software, networking, and system integration.
  • Review configuration settings, alarms, events, reports, dashboards, and monitoring functions.
  • Support troubleshooting of communication issues between EPMS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, protection relays, meters, and other integrated systems.
  • Validate system performance against project specifications and operational requirements.

Testing and Verification

  • Develop and execute test procedures for issue verification and closeout.
  • Witness and document retesting activities following corrective actions.
  • Ensure all functional, integration, and reliability tests are successfully completed.
  • Support SAT, commissioning, and performance testing activities.

Vendor and Contractor Coordination

  • Interface with EPMS suppliers, system integrators, OEMs, and EPC contractors.
  • Monitor vendor action items and ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Review and approve technical submissions, software revisions, and configuration changes.
  • Facilitate technical meetings to drive issue resolution.

Documentation and Handover

  • Ensure all as-built documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Review operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and user guides.
  • Verify closure of all comments from FAT, SAT, commissioning, and operational readiness reviews.
  • Support final handover to operations and maintenance teams.

Reporting

  • Provide regular status reports on outstanding issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Highlight critical path items affecting project completion.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to project management when required.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 5-10+ years of experience in electrical power systems, SCADA, EMS, or EPMS projects.
  • Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting electrical monitoring and control systems.
  • Proven track record in managing punch lists and closeout activities during project execution.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of power system monitoring, protection, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3, OPC, and Ethernet networks.
  • Experience with electrical substations, switchgear, protection relays, energy meters, and power management systems.
  • Understanding of FAT, SAT, commissioning, and handover processes.
  • Ability to analyze system logs, alarms, events, and performance data.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
