في Air Products، نعيد تصوّر الممكن. نبحث عن مدير الامتثال لشبكة الكهرباء (Grid Compliance Manager) في تبوك، ضبا، السعودية، لقيادة استراتيجية الامتثال لشبكة الكهرباء وضمان الالتزام باللوائح والتعاون مع الجهات التنظيمية والمقاولين.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة استراتيجية الامتثال لشبكة الكهرباء: وضع خارطة الطريق، ضمان الامتثال لـ Saudi Arabian Grid Code، TRCG، اتفاقيات الربط، وأنظمة النقل، تحديد معالم الامتثال، وإعداد تقارير عن المخاطر والقرارات.
  • التنسيق مع الجهات التنظيمية والمرافق: العمل كجهة اتصال فنية رئيسية مع SEC/Saudi Electricity، مشغلي النقل، والمراجعين المستقلين، قيادة ورش العمل الفنية ومراجعات الامتثال، إغلاق تعليقات الجهات التنظيمية، وإدارة الموافقات على التقارير الفنية.
  • إدارة دراسات الامتثال للشبكة: قيادة وتنسيق الدراسات الديناميكية (DMAT، دراسات التأثير الديناميكي، مقارنة النماذج، استقرار الجهد والتردد)، والدراسات الساكنة (تدفق الأحمال، قصر الدائرة، القدرة التفاعلية، مغنطة المحولات، إعادة الإغلاق التلقائي لخطوط النقل)، وجودة الطاقة (الدراسات التوافقية، تصميم المرشحات)، ودراسات التفاعل مع الشبكة (التفاعل التحكمي، استقرار الإشارة الصغيرة، SSCI، SSTI، MIIF).
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين: التنسيق مع فرق الطاقة الشمسية، الرياح، BESS، المحلل الكهربائي، STATCOM، EPC، استشاريي الدراسات، وموردي أنظمة الحماية، متابعة نماذج PSS/E وPSCAD وDIgSILENT وRTDS المعتمدة، ودفع إغلاق القضايا الفنية المؤثرة على الدراسات والموافقات والتشغيل.
  • قيادة أنشطة المحاكاة الرقمية في الزمن الحقيقي (RTDS): التنسيق لاختبارات الأجهزة في الحلقة والتحكم، ضمان الاتساق بين نماذج PSCAD وPSS/E وRTDS والأنظمة المثبتة في الموقع، ودعم اختبارات القبول في الموقع والتشغيل.
  • ضمان الامتثال للتحكم والحماية: ضمان امتثال التحكم في القدرة النشطة، التحكم في الجهد، الفصل السريع للتوليد، الفصل السريع للأحمال، أنظمة الحماية، ووظائف متحكم المحطة، التنسيق للتحقق من التحكم بتشكيل الشبكة واتّباعها من خلال الدراسات والاختبارات الميدانية.
  • إدارة المخاطر: تحديد وإدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بالموافقات على الربط، تأخير الدراسات، التوافقيات، جاهزية النماذج، أداء الموردين، تنسيق الحماية، والامتثال التنظيمي، وضع خطط التخفيف، إنشاء سجل مخاطر الامتثال للشبكة وتتبع الإجراءات.
  • دعم التشغيل والبدء: دعم استراتيجية التشغيل من منظور الامتثال للشبكة، مراجعة فلسفات الفصل والإجراءات التشغيلية ومتطلبات إثبات الامتثال، المشاركة في اختبارات الربط الأولى والمزامنة والأداء، والمشاركة في مراجعات جاهزية التشغيل والتسليم.

Reimagine What’s Possible 

Grid Code Compliance Leadership

  • Own the overall Grid Code Compliance Strategy and maintain the compliance roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian Grid Code, TRCG requirements, utility connection agreements, and applicable transmission regulations.
  • Establish compliance milestones and monitor execution against schedule.
  • Provide clear reporting on compliance status, risks, decisions required, and approval progress.

2.2 Utility and Regulatory Interface

  • Act as the primary technical focal point with SEC / Saudi Electricity, transmission operators, regulators, and independent reviewers.
  • Lead technical workshops, compliance reviews, approval meetings, and comment close-out sessions.
  • Coordinate closure of regulator comments, technical queries, and submission cycles.
  • Manage approval of technical reports, study packages, and supporting documentation.

2.3 Grid Compliance Studies

  • Lead and coordinate dynamic studies, including DMAT, dynamic impact studies, model benchmarking, voltage stability, and frequency stability.
  • Lead and coordinate static studies, including load flow, short circuit, reactive power, transformer energization, and transmission line auto-reclosing studies.
  • Manage power quality activities including harmonic studies, filter design validation, and power quality assessments.
  • Coordinate grid interaction studies, including control interaction, small signal stability, SSCI, SSTI, and MIIF assessments.

2.4 OEM and Contractor Coordination

  • Coordinate technical activities across solar, wind, BESS, electrolyser, STATCOM, EPC, study consultant, and protection vendor teams.
  • Obtain and track validated PSS/E, PSCAD, DIgSILENT, and RTDS models as required.
  • Monitor OEM issue resolution and ensure model updates align with compliance requirements.
  • Drive closure of technical issues impacting study completion, utility approval, energization, or full-load operation.

2.5 RTDS and Model Validation

  • Lead Real-Time Digital Simulation compliance activities and model benchmarking.
  • Coordinate hardware-in-the-loop and controller testing where required.
  • Ensure consistency between PSCAD models, PSS/E models, RTDS models, and site-installed systems.
  • Support Site Acceptance Testing and commissioning activities requiring validated models.

2.6 Controls and Protection Compliance

  • Ensure compliance of active power control, voltage control, Fast Generation Shedding, Fast Load Shedding, protection schemes, and plant controller functions.
  • Coordinate validation of grid-forming and grid-following controls through studies, testing, and field verification.
  • Confirm that control and protection logic supports stable grid operation and agreed utility requirements.

2.7 Risk Management

  • Identify and manage risks associated with grid connection approvals, study completion delays, harmonics, model readiness, OEM performance, protection coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Establish mitigation plans and escalate unresolved risks with clear impact statements.
  • Maintain a Grid Compliance Risk Register and action tracker.

2.8 Commissioning and Start-up Support

  • Support energization and commissioning strategy from a grid compliance perspective.
  • Review switching philosophies, operating procedures, and grid-code demonstration requirements.
  • Support first energization, first synchronization, performance testing, and operational demonstrations.
  • Participate in start-up readiness reviews and operational handover activities
