نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى قائد إدارة الأصول مسؤولية ضمان تحقيق إيرادات مستقرة، والامتثال التعاقدي، والأداء التجاري لأصول BHIG التشغيلية. يعمل هذا الدور بشكل وثيق مع فرق العمليات والهندسة والمالية وسلسلة التوريد وشركاء المشاريع المشتركة وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لتعظيم ربحية الأصول، وضمان دقة الفوترة والتحصيل، وإدارة العقود وعلاقات أصحاب المصلحة، ودعم النمو المستقبلي. يقع الدور في الواجهة بين الوظائف التجارية والتشغيلية والمالية، مع مسؤولية تمتد عبر عمليات المصانع الحية، وأنشطة دورة حياة الأصول، وعقود العملاء، ويتطلب مشاركة متكررة مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين، ويلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في حوكمة إدارة الحسابات وإعداد التقارير والامتثال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الشراكة مع فرق العمليات والهندسة وسلسلة التوريد لمعالجة الأمور التجارية لعمليات التشغيل والصيانة ومبادرات تحسين التكلفة.
  • دعم أنشطة دورة حياة الأصول بما في ذلك الترقيات وإزالة الاختناقات ومشاريع البنية التحتية.
  • التحقق من بيانات العمليات والقياس والبيانات التشغيلية ومواءمتها لدعم الفوترة الدقيقة وإعداد التقارير.
  • قيادة المبادرات لتعظيم كفاءة الأصول وإنتاجيتها.
  • إدارة الأداء التجاري والمالي للأصول التشغيلية، بما في ذلك ضمان الإيرادات وتحسين الهوامش.
  • قيادة أنشطة الفوترة والتحصيل وحل النزاعات في الوقت المناسب.
  • الشراكة مع المالية وأصحاب المصلحة في المشاريع المشتركة بشأن التقارير المالية والتنبؤ وتحليل الانحرافات.
  • قيادة إدارة العقود والأنشطة الاستشارية التجارية.
  • ضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية ومتطلبات الحوكمة.
  • إعداد وإصدار الاتصالات الرسمية والإشعارات والمطالبات.
  • التنسيق مع تطوير الأعمال وشركاء المشاريع المشتركة بشأن إدارة الحسابات وفرص النمو والتحليل التعاقدي للبحث لإبلاغ التزامات الشركة وتقديم المشورة بشأن الإجراءات اللازمة.
  • التنسيق مع جميع الوظائف المطلوبة لإعداد الإشعارات والمطالبات.
  • قيادة إعداد الإشعارات والمطالبات، وتأمين المراجعات والموافقات اللازمة ضمن حوكمة الشركة.
  • التنسيق مع المرافق والجهات التنظيمية والسلطات بشأن الأمور التجارية والامتثال.
  • دعم أنشطة جاهزية التدقيق والامتثال التنظيمي.
  • قيادة توحيد العمليات ورقمنتها عبر سير العمل التجاري.
  • تطبيق الدروس المستفادة لتحسين تنفيذ العقود والحوكمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو القانون أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في أدوار تجارية أو إدارة العقود أو إدارة الأصول أو أدوار أعمال ضمن قطاعات الطاقة أو الغازات الصناعية أو البتروكيماويات أو النفط والغاز أو المرافق.

Job Summary:

The Assets Management Lead is accountable for ensuring stable revenue generation, contractual compliance, and commercial performance of BHIG’s operating assets. The role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, JV Partners, and external stakeholders to maximize asset profitability, ensure accurate billing and collections, manage contracts and stakeholder relationships, and support future growth.

Nature And Scope

The role operates at the interface between commercial, operational, and financial functions, with accountability across live plant operations, asset lifecycle activities, and customer contracts. The position requires frequent engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders and plays a key role in account management governance, reporting, and compliance.

Principal Accountabilities

Asset Commercial & O&M Support

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to address O&M commercial matters and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support asset lifecycle activities including upgrades, debottlenecking, and infrastructure projects.
  • Verify and align process, metering, and operational data to support accurate billing and reporting.
  • Drive initiatives to maximize asset efficiency and productivity.

Business, Financial & Asset Management

  • Manage commercial and financial performance of operating assets, including revenue assurance and margin enhancement.
  • Lead timely billing, collections, and dispute resolution activities.
  • Partner with Finance and JV stakeholders on financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Contract & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead contract management and commercial advisory activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.
  • Prepare and issue formal communications, notices, and claims.
  • Interface with Business Development and JV Partners on account management and growth opportunities contractual analysis and research to inform on the company obligations and advise on necessary actions
  • Coordinate with all required functions to prepare notices and claims
  • Lead the preparation of the notices and claims, and securing necessary reviews and approvals within company governance.

External Interface & Compliance

  • Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and authorities on commercial and compliance matters.
  • Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive process standardization and digitization across commercial workflows.
  • Apply lessons learned to improve contract execution and governance.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in commercial, contract management, asset management, or business roles within energy, industrial gases, petrochemicals, oil & gas, or utilities.
  • Skills: Strong contract interpretation, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and structured communication.
