نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن Project Consultant ذو خبرة في PMO وتقديم المشاريع لدعم تسليم المشاريع بنجاح عبر التخطيط والتنفيذ والحوكمة وإعداد التقارير. سيتعاون المرشح مع فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفقاً للمعايير التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تخطيط المشاريع وتنفيذها ومراقبتها طوال دورة حياة المشروع
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع والمخاطر والمشكلات والتبعيات
- إعداد تقارير حالة المشروع ولوحات المعلومات والعروض التقديمية للجهات التنفيذية
- مراقبة ميزانيات المشروع والتوقعات والتكاليف وأنشطة الفوترة بالتعاون مع فريق المشروع والإدارة المالية
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والعملاء والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين
- الحفاظ على وثائق المشروع وضمان الامتثال لمعايير حوكمة PMO
- دعم إعداد التقارير على مستوى المحفظة والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر للعمليات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تقنية المعلومات أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة
- 2-4 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع أو PMO أو تقديم المشاريع
- يفضل الخبرة في مشاريع تقنية المعلومات أو التحول الرقمي
- فهم قوي لحوكمة المشاريع وتقديم المشاريع وأفضل ممارسات PMO
- فهم قوي لتخطيط المشاريع وإعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات وإعداد التقارير
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة PMP
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات ومهارات تنظيمية
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع وأولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى
- الإلمام بـ Microsoft Project أو Jira أو Odoo أو أدوات إدارة مشاريع مماثلة
- مهارات قوية في العرض التقديمي وإعداد التقارير
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق متعددة الوظائف
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Consultant with experience in PMO and project delivery to support the successful delivery of projects through effective project initiation, planning, execution, governance, and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and invoicing activities with project team and finance department
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO governance standards
- Support portfolio reporting and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Project Delivery
- Experience in IT or Digital Transformation projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of project governance, project delivery, and PMO best practices
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, Odoo or similar project management tools
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
