Granova Foods تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مندوب مبيعات خارجي (Outside Sales Representative) لمنتجات الفواكه والخضروات المجمدة في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يعمل المرشح بدوام كامل ضمن فريق التوسع الإقليمي لاستهداف قطاع B2B عبر المنطقة الغربية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقطاب العملاء وتوسعة قطاع HORECA: تحديد واستهداف وتسجيل حسابات B2B جديدة (فنادق، مطاعم، تموين، مطابخ مركزية، موزعون)، بناء شراكات طويلة الأمد مع مسؤولي المشتريات والشيفات التنفيذيين، وضمان تنفيذ الطلبات العالية وتكرار الأعمال.
- تنمية المبيعات وإدارة خط الأنابيب: تقديم محفظة الفواكه والخضروات المجمدة من Granova، التفاوض على عقود التوريد السنوية وعروض الأسعار، بناء خطوط طلبات متكررة وتحقيق الحصص الشهرية/الربع سنوية، وتحقيق أهداف الحجم والإيرادات الطموحة.
- الذكاء السوقي: تتبع اتجاهات الأسعار والطلب الموسمي وحركات المنافسين، مراقبة اتجاهات الأغذية الإقليمية ونقص التوريد، واستغلال فرص الحصة السوقية الجديدة.
- إدارة الائتمان والتحصيل: التنسيق مع الحسابات لتحصيل المستحقات في الوقت المناسب، وإدارة شروط الدفع وفقاً للسياسة التجارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 3+ سنوات خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات B2B للفواكه المجمدة أو الخضروات أو المواد الغذائية قصيرة الصلاحية (سوق المملكة).
- شبكة علاقات نشطة من جهات اتصال HORECA والحسابات الرئيسية في غرب المملكة.
- سجل حافل بالوصول إلى حصص المبيعات أو تجاوزها باستمرار.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية + سيارة شخصية (يفضل).
- إقامة حالية في جدة مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل سارية المفعول.
- مهارات تجارية قوية: التفاوض، استراتيجية التسعير، إغلاق العقود، العروض التقديمية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة قوية لقنوات الجملة).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Granova Foods is expanding across Saudi Arabia! We’re seeking an ambitious, results-driven Outside Sales Representative based in Jeddah to scale our B2B frozen fruits and vegetables portfolio across the Western Region
You’ll lead field sales efforts targeting HORECA clients, foodservice providers, and key accounts to secure volume supply contracts and drive revenue growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & HORECA Expansio
• Identify, target, and sign new B2B accounts (hotels, restaurants, catering, central kitchens, wholesalers
) • Build long-term partnerships with procurement officers and executive chef

Sales Growth & Pipeline Managemen
• Pitch Granova’s frozen fruit and vegetable portfoli
o • Negotiate annual supply contracts and pricing proposal
s • Build recurring order pipelines and meet monthly/quarterly quota
s • Achieve aggressive volume and revenue target

Market Intelligenc
• Track price trends, seasonal demand, and competitor move
s • Monitor regional food trends and supply shortage
s • Capture new market share opportunitie

Credit & Collection
• Coordinate with accounts on timely receivables collectio
n • Manage payment terms in line with commercial polic

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENC
✅ 3+ years proven B2B sales in frozen fruits, vegetables, or short-shelf-life food items (KSA market)✅ Established network of active HORECA and key account contacts in Western KSA✅ Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas✅ Valid KSA Driving License + personal vehicle (preferred)✅ Current Jeddah residency with valid transferable Iqama✅ Strong commercial skills: negotiation, pricing strategy, contract closing, presentations✅ Language: English proficiency (Arabic is a strong plus for wholesale channels)
