Role Overview

At Quest, we are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you won't just be writing for a single brand; you will be the core voice speaking on behalf of a diverse portfolio of our clients. Your mission is to craft persuasive messaging, engaging stories, and innovative campaigns that capture audience attention and achieve our clients' marketing goals. Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread highly creative and persuasive copy across various client channels, including social media, landing pages, campaigns, and video scripts.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Graphic Designers, and Marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that bring our clients' visions to life.
• Master and seamlessly adapt to the unique Brand Voice of each client, ensuring absolute consistency across all deliverables.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign ideas for existing clients, and contribute to compelling pitches to win new business.
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement to continually refine messaging and optimize client results.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Copywriter (prior marketing/advertising agency experience is highly preferred), backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different industries.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and grammar.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, audience psychology, and current digital marketing trends.
• Outstanding time management skills and flexibility to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
