Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries and learning to deliver exceptional customer support with guidance from team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding our services and offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and dedication.
• Efficiently resolve basic customer issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Customer service certificates or training is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer service programs (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
