نبذة عن الوظيفة
- مهندس المشروع في الموقع مسؤول عن إدارة وهندسة مشاريع البناء وضمان التنفيذ السليم لتسليمات المشروع. يشرف ويقدم المشورة الفنية للموظفين في الموقع لإكمال المشروع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صياغة معايير المشروع وضمان الجدوى الفنية والجودة المطلوبة بالتنسيق مع المدير المباشر
- تنسيق وتخصيص الموارد الداخلية لتحقيق نتائج العملاء
- إعداد وجدولة وتنسيق ومراقبة المشاريع الموكلة في الموقع
- التعاون المنتظم مع المدير المباشر وتقديم تقارير حول الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية والخطط وأداء مشاريع الموقع
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لإنشاء طرق أكثر كفاءة للمشاريع والحفاظ على ربحية المشروع
- إنشاء إطار لقياس مقاييس المشروع وجمع البيانات مع التوصية بالتحسينات
- وضع طرق الاختبار الميداني وإجراء فحوصات الجودة المنتظمة وضمان امتثال المشروع للممارسات والسياسات ومعايير الأداء والمواصفات المعمول بها
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش سلامة منتظمة وضمان الامتثال لتدابير الصحة والسلامة المهنية
- إعداد تقارير الموقع والحفاظ على وثائق المشروع الشاملة
- إدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع وجدوله وتكلفته بالتنسيق مع المدير المباشر
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أي مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience

The Site Project Engineer is responsible for managing, engineering construction projects and ensuring the proper implementation of project deliverables. S/He supervises and provides technical advice to the staff on site to complete the project on time and within budget.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager
- Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects on site
- Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans and performance of site projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project’s profitability
- Create a framework to measure the project’s metrics and data collection while recommending improvements
- Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks and ensure the project’s compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards and specifications
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure abidance by occupational health and safety measures
- Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost in coordination with the direct manager
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience
