تعلن شركة Perfect Vision (الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية) عن توفر وظيفة Full Stack Developer للعمل عن بُعد في قسم الأتمتة. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تصميم وبناء قواعد بيانات منظمة لتحل محل سير العمل الحالية القائمة على Excel، مع التركيز على إنشاء أنظمة موثوقة تدعم نمو الأتمتة والاحتياجات التقنية للشركة. كما تلتزم الشركة بتوفير بيئة عمل شاملة وداعمة، وترحب بالتقديم من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (الإعاقات الحركية) مع توفير التجهيزات ومساحة العمل الملائمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير وصيانة قواعد بيانات علائقية قابلة للتوسع للتطبيقات والأنظمة الداخلية.
  • تصميم مخططات قواعد البيانات والعلاقات والفهارس وهياكل البيانات مع مراعاة قابلية التوسع والأداء.
  • إدارة ترحيل البيانات من Excel والمصادر غير المهيكلة إلى أنظمة قواعد بيانات منظمة.
  • تحسين استعلامات قواعد البيانات واستكشاف مشكلات الأداء وإصلاحها.
  • تطوير وصيانة خدمات الواجهة الخلفية (Backend) وواجهات API ومنطق الأعمال.
  • بناء تطبيقات وواجهات أمامية (Frontend) نظيفة وسريعة الاستجابة وعملية.
  • دمج قواعد البيانات والتطبيقات مع أنظمة CRM ومنصات الأتمتة وواجهات API الخارجية.
  • تطوير أدوات وتطبيقات داخلية لأتمتة وتحسين العمليات التجارية.
  • العمل مع سير العمل والأنظمة الآلية الحالية لضمان تدفق بيانات موثوق بين المنصات المختلفة.
  • الحفاظ على سلامة البيانات وأمنها واتساقها عبر التطبيقات.
  • كتابة كود نظيف وقابل للصيانة وموثق بشكل جيد.
  • استخدام Git وممارسات التطوير القياسية للتحكم في الإصدارات والتعاون.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فريق الأتمتة والإدارات المختلفة لفهم المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى حلول تقنية.
  • استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وصيانة وتحسين التطبيقات والأنظمة الحالية باستمرار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة كمطور Full Stack أو دور هندسي برمجي مماثل.
  • خبرة سنتين على الأقل في تطوير Full Stack و/أو هندسة قواعد البيانات.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتطوير وصيانة قواعد البيانات الإنتاجية والتطبيقات المعتمدة عليها.
  • خبرة قوية في تصميم قواعد البيانات وإدارتها (أساسية).
  • قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل واستكشاف المشكلات وإدارة الأولويات في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
  • خبرة في منصات الأتمتة مثل n8n (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة في Odoo أو CRM أو ERP أو أنظمة إدارة الأعمال الأخرى (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة في دمج واجهات API والخدمات الخارجية (ميزة إضافية).
  • إلمام بمنصات السحابة مثل AWS أو GCP أو Azure (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة في بناء تطبيقات أعمال داخلية أو لوحات معلومات أو أنظمة إدارة سير العمل (ميزة إضافية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بـ SQL وقواعد البيانات العلائقية (خاصة PostgreSQL أو MySQL) وقواعد البيانات الحديثة مثل Supabase.
  • فهم جيد لهندسة قواعد البيانات، نمذجة البيانات، التسوية (Normalization)، الفهرسة (Indexing)، العلاقات، وتحسين الاستعلامات.
  • خبرة بقواعد البيانات غير العلائقية مثل MongoDB (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة قوية في تطوير الواجهة الخلفية باستخدام Node.js أو Python/Django/Flask أو ما شابه.
  • خبرة في تصميم وتطوير REST APIs وخدمات الويب.
  • خبرة قوية في تطوير الواجهة الأمامية باستخدام React أو Vue أو إطارات عمل مماثلة.
  • خبرة في ربط الواجهة الأمامية والواجهة الخلفية وقواعد البيانات والخدمات الخارجية في تطبيقات متكاملة.
  • إلمام بـ Git وسير عمل تطوير البرمجيات القياسية.

Job Role: Full Stack Developer - Remote

Role Summary Perfect Vision is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing Automation Department. We are looking for someone with strong engineering skills who can work confidently across the backend, frontend, and database layers. A key focus of this role will be designing and building structured databases to replace existing Excel-based workflows and creating reliable systems that can support the company’s growing automation and technology needs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full technology stack - from database architecture and APIs to frontend interfaces and system integrations - and be able to turn business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable relational databases for business applications and internal systems.
  • Design database schemas, relationships, indexes, and data structures with scalability and performance in mind.
  • Manage data migration from Excel and other unstructured sources into structured database systems.
  • Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic.
  • Build clean, responsive, and functional frontend applications and interfaces.
  • Integrate databases and applications with CRM systems, automation platforms, and third-party APIs.
  • Develop internal tools and applications to automate and improve business processes.
  • Work with existing automation workflows and systems to ensure reliable data flow between different platforms.
  • Maintain data integrity, security, and consistency across applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Use Git and standard development practices for version control and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Automation team and different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications and systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar software engineering role.
  • Strong experience with database design and management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL, and modern databases such as Supabase.
  • Good understanding of database architecture, data modeling, normalization, indexing, relationships, and query optimization.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
  • Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, or similar.
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs and web services.
  • Strong frontend development experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience connecting frontend, backend, databases, and third-party services into complete applications.
  • Familiarity with Git and standard software development workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development and/or Database Engineering.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining production databases and database-driven applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, relational database design, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Experience developing both backend services/APIs and frontend applications.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n is a plus.
  • Experience with Odoo, CRM, ERP, or other business management systems is a plus.
  • Experience integrating APIs and third-party services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
  • Experience building internal business applications, dashboards, or workflow management systems is a plus.
