Perfect Vision في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، تبحث عن مشرف تصنيع (Manufacturing Supervisor) للإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج اليومية وضمان تحقيق أهداف الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج اليومية وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة وتحقيق مستهدفات الإنتاج مع الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- تخطيط ومراقبة جداول الإنتاج وخطط العمل اليومية.
- إدارة وتوجيه وتدريب العمال وموظفي خط الإنتاج.
- مراقبة أداء خط الإنتاج واستكشاف المشكلات التشغيلية وحلها.
- الإشراف على جودة المنتجات وضمان الالتزام الصارم بمعايير الجودة.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن سير العمل والعمليات للإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى من دبلوم كلية تقنية أو TVTC أو أي جامعة ذات صلة في تخصص: ميكاترونكس، ميكانيكا، كهرباء، هندسة صناعية، هندسة إنتاج/تصنيع، أو الأتمتة والتحكم الصناعي.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال التصنيع أو الإنتاج (مفضلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية والقدرة على إدارة الفرق.
- مهارات متينة في التخطيط والتنظيم والمتابعة وحل المشكلات.

Job Role: Manufacturing Supervisor

Essential Functions Supervise daily production operations, ensure efficient workflow, and achieve production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules and plans.
- Manage, guide, and train workers and production line staff.
- Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Oversee product quality and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit regular workflow and operational reports to management.
- Minimum of a Diploma from technical college, TVTC or any relevant university in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, or Automation & Industrial Control.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Solid skills in planning, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving.
