ToYou | تويو، منصة متعددة الخدمات تعمل على مدار الساعة وتقدّم حلول تسوق وتوصيل طلبات وطعام، تبحث عن مشرف مخزن داخلي (Darkstore Supervisor) للعمل دوام كامل في موقعها بجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في المخزن الداخلي، وضمان تنفيذ أنشطة إدارة المخزون والتحضير والتغليف والشحن بدقة وكفاءة.
- قيادة فريق من العاملين، وتنظيم جداول العمل، ومراقبة الأداء، وضمان الالتزام بإجراءات الشركة ومعايير السلامة.
- التنسيق مع فرق اللوجستيات وخدمة العملاء للالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للتسليم وحل المشكلات التشغيلية.
- الحفاظ على جودة عالية في تنفيذ الطلبات، ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات.
- ضمان سلامة المخزون من خلال عمليات تدقيق منتظمة.
- دعم تدريب أعضاء الفريق الجدد ومساعدتهم على الاندماج، وتعزيز التطوير المستمر للكفاءات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في إدارة المستودعات أو مراكز التنفيذ أو عمليات التجزئة أو الإشراف على المخازن الداخلية، مع فهم قوي لإدارة المخزون وعمليات تنفيذ الطلبات.
- مهارات إدارة الأفراد، تشمل الإشراف على الفرق وتخطيط المناوبات ومراقبة الأداء ودعم بيئة عمل تعاونية شاملة.
- مهارات تشغيلية وتحليلية، تشمل الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على استخدام لوحات التقارير أو التقارير وتحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات.

- Operational and analytical skills, such as attention to detail, ability to use dashboards or reports, and capability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work closely with logistics, customer support, and other internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with using technology and operational systems (e.g., inventory or warehouse management tools, mobile and web applications).
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah on a full-time basis, with flexibility for shift-based or extended hours as business needs require.
- Relevant education in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Knowledge of last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or quick commerce environments is an advantage; familiarity with safety and compliance practices in warehouse settings is beneficial.
