تعلن شركة صافولا عن توفر وظيفة مدير أمن لمنطقة الجنوب (عسير، خميس مشيط، السعودية) ضمن إدارة الأمن الإقليمي لمتاجر بنده، حيث سيتولى المرشح الإشراف على عمليات الأمن في المنطقة الجنوبية وضمان سلامة جميع الموظفين والأصول.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفته مدير أمن ضمن الإدارة الإقليمية للأمن لمتاجر بنده - الجنوب، سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عمليات الأمن وإدارتها في المنطقة الجنوبية، والعمل على ضمان سلامة وأمن جميع الموظفين والأصول ضمن النطاق المحدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات أمنية للحفاظ على بيئة آمنة للموظفين والمتاجر.
- إجراء تقييمات دورية لتحديد المخاطر الأمنية المحتملة وتنفيذ إجراءات للتخفيف منها.
- إدارة أفراد الأمن والموارد بفعالية لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
- التعاون مع الجهات الداخلية لمعالجة المخاوف الأمنية وتقديم الحلول.
- التحقيق في الحوادث الأمنية ووضع استراتيجيات لمنع حدوثها مستقبلاً.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات الأمنية لتعزيز الإجراءات الأمنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة فأعلى في مجال ذي صلة مثل إدارة الأمن أو العدالة الجنائية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الأمن، ويفضّل في دور إقليمي: 3 سنوات كمسؤول أمن أو 5 سنوات كمشرف أمن.
- خبرة في إدارة الأمن الإقليمية.
- معرفة قوية بممارسات وإجراءات وتقنيات الأمن.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصل ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط واتخاذ قرارات سليمة في المواقف الصعبة.
- الشهادات المعتمدة في إدارة الأمن أو المجالات ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام ببروتوكولات وإجراءات الأمن.
- تقييم المخاطر وتحليل التهديدات.
- إدارة الأزمات والتخطيط للاستجابة.
- المراقبة والرصد (Surveillance and monitoring).
- تشغيل معدات الأمن مثل CCTV وأنظمة الإطفاء وغيرها.
- قيادة الفريق وإدارته.
- مهارات التواصل وإعداد التقارير.

- Stay updated on security trends and technologies to enhance security measures.
Candidate Requirements:
- secondary school and above in a relevant field such as Security Management or Criminal Justice.
- Proven experience in security management, preferably in a regional role 3 years - security supervisor 5 years
- Strong knowledge of security practices, procedures, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
- Relevant certifications in security management or related fields are an advantage.
