نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) ذي خبرة لقيادة عمليات الهندسة والصيانة داخل منشآت التصنيع. سيكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان أقصى استفادة من المصنع عبر تطبيق أفضل أنظمة الصيانة الوقائية، وإدارة الأصول بفعالية، والامتثال الهندسي، وتطوير قوى عاملة هندسية متعددة المهارات وعالية الأداء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عمليات الهندسة والصيانة لتعظيم استغلال المصنع.
- الدفع ببرامج الصيانة الوقائية والموثوقية والتحسين المستمر.
- إدارة المشاريع الهندسية والميزانيات والموارد.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة.
- تطوير وقيادة فريق هندسي عالي الأداء.
- الإشراف على المرافق والأتمتة والأنظمة الحيوية في المصنع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على HND/HNC أو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية.
- 7+ سنوات من خبرة إدارة الهندسة في مجال التصنيع.
- خبرة في مجال الأغذية أو الألبان أو المشروبات إلزامية.
- معرفة قوية بالصيانة والأتمتة والمرافق وعمليات المصنع.
- قيادة مثبتة لفرق هندسية متعددة المهارات.
- معرفة متينة بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والجودة.
- مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل والتحليل.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within our manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, engineering compliance, and the development of a high-performing multi-skilled engineering workforce.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within our manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, engineering compliance, and the development of a high-performing multi-skilled engineering workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
- Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
- Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.
Essential Requirements
- HND/HNC or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 7+ years' Engineering Management experience in manufacturing.
- Food, Dairy, or Beverage industry experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation, utilities, and plant operations.
- Proven leadership of multi-skilled engineering teams.
- Strong Health & Safety and Quality Systems knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
