SAP IBP Functional Analyst 

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP IBP Functional Analyst with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in SAP planning solutions. The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the end-to-end configuration, maintenance, optimization, and governance of our strategic planning ecosystem, including SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong technical integration skills, and the ability to drive business process improvements.

SAP IBP & Planning System Leadership

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the design and implementation of new planning processes (e.g., Demand Planning, Response Planning) within the SAP IBP modules (Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply).
• Technical Expertise: Configure complex IBP elements, including advanced planning operators (Heuristics, Optimizers), planning level calculations, key figure derivations, and custom attributes.
• Integration Governance: Oversee and manage the end-to-end data integration landscape using CPI-DS or Real-Time Integration (RTI) to ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to performance SLAs.
• System Performance: Proactively monitor and tune system performance, addressing issues related to planning runtimes, data loads, and Excel Add-In stability.

User Support & Mentorship

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 expert support for complex system issues and train junior team members and end-users on advanced system functionality and best practices.
• Manage testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for all new releases and system patches.
• Deep Functional Knowledge: Proven expertise in at least two SAP IBP modules (e.g., IBP for Demand and IBP for S&OP/Supply).
• Integration Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with CPI-DS, IBP Real-Time Integration, or CIF (Core Interface) technology.

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree graduate specialized in computer science and information technology or related Major is required 

Preferred Qualifications 

• SAP Certification in SAP IBP.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA integration points (e.g., Master Data Management, MRP/PP-DS concepts).
• Familiarity with SAC , Signavio or other business process management (BPM) tools.
