About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Riyadh. You'll drive business growth, develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and build strong client relationships - while overseeing the sales pipeline, monitoring performance, preparing sales reports, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional client service.

What We're Looking For

o  Bachelor's degree.

o   5-7 years of proven experience in real estate sales or sales management.

o   Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.

o   Strong business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.

o   Proven experience in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

o   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.

o   Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is preferred.
