Job Objective:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across various platforms. The role aims to enhance brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support the organization’s marketing objectives through creating engaging content, analyzing performance, and optimizing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies across various social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create and publish creative content (copy, images, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with the brand identity.
• Monitor and analyze account performance and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, and reach.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
• Engage with followers daily and respond to inquiries and comments according to the approved communication policy.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors, and develop new ideas that align with the latest trends.
• Coordinate with design, production, and public relations teams to ensure consistency in media messaging.
• Prepare periodic social media performance reports and present them to management.
• Manage digital crises when they occur in coordination with relevant departments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Excellent knowledge of analytics tools such as:
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Analytics
• Hootsuite
• Good knowledge of content creation and marketing message development.
• Strong Arabic and English writing and communication skills.
