A leading company in the construction and manufacturing sector is seeking to hire a qualified Pump Driver to join its operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining pumping equipment while ensuring safe and efficient performance in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor pumps, pipelines, and related equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of pumping systems.
• Monitor pressure, flow rates, and equipment performance, and report any abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and records.
• Assist in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities when needed.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and site teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Pump Driver, Plant Operator, or in a similar role within construction, manufacturing, concrete, water treatment, industrial, or related sectors.
• Good knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, piping systems, and related equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, operating procedures, and basic drawings.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, if required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in ready-mix concrete plants, manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, water systems, or construction projects is an advantage.
