نبذة عن الوظيفة
إدارة الجانب الرقابي أثناء تنفيذ الأنظمة أو المشاريع الجديدة، مع الإشراف على أنشطة الإغلاق الشهري لمراكز التوزيع (DCs)، ودعم مراجعات الديون المعدومة والوضع القانوني، والإشراف على العمليات المالية اليومية في مراكز التوزيع المعيّنة، بالإضافة إلى التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المبيعات لضمان التميّز التشغيلي واستراتيجيات الذهاب إلى السوق، ودعم أنشطة سلسلة التوريد I2C، وضمان الرقابة على الأطراف اللوجستية الخارجية (3PL, 2PL) ومراكز التوزيع الكبرى والمخزون والموزعين، وإجراء زيارات سوقية منتظمة ومراجعات للذمم المدينة وتقييم طلبات CCPF، وتقديم لوحات المعلومات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للقيادة لاتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الجانب الرقابي أثناء تطبيق الأنظمة أو المشاريع الجديدة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الإغلاق الشهري لمراكز التوزيع (DCs).
- دعم مراجعات الديون المعدومة والوضع القانوني.
- الإشراف على العمليات المالية اليومية لمراكز التوزيع المعيّنة.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات لضمان التميّز التشغيلي واستراتيجيات الذهاب إلى السوق.
- دعم أنشطة سلسلة التوريد I2C.
- ضمان الرقابة على الأطراف اللوجستية الخارجية (3PL, 2PL) ومراكز التوزيع الكبرى والمخزون والموزعين.
- إجراء زيارات سوقية منتظمة ومراجعات للذمم المدينة وتقييم طلبات CCPF.
- تقديم لوحات المعلومات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للقيادة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضّل حيازة MBA / CPA / CIMA / CA / ACCA أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) في مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة والقدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع الأطراف المعنية عبر الإدارات ومع كبار القادة.
- مهارات تنسيق ممتازة بين الوظائف المختلفة ومع فريق التخطيط المالي.
- قدرات قوية في النمذجة المالية والتحليل.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بتسليم المهام.

Overview
Managing the control aspect during the implementation of new systems or projects involves coordinating several critical activities to ensure seamless execution. This includes managing monthly field closing activities for Distribution Centers (DCs) and supporting bad debt and legal status reviews. Day-to-day financial operations at assigned DCs are overseen while collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure operational excellence, including sales go-to-market strategies. Additionally, the role supports supply chain I2C activities and ensures control over 3PL, 2PL, hyper DCs, stockiest, and distributors. Regular market visits, AR aging reviews, and the evaluation of CCPFs requests help maintain healthy sales and effective financial performance, while dashboards and KPI reviews provide key insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
