We’re Hiring: Accountant - Qassim, Saudi Arabia

Your House Smart (بيتك ذكي) is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in the Qassim Region.

We are seeking a candidate with solid knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting activities accurately and professionally.

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and review customer invoices, supplier invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor expenses, revenues, and financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support inventory, purchasing, and cost-related accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Handle VAT-related transactions and requirements in accordance with ZATCA regulations.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good overall knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Practical experience in general accounting, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with VAT and ZATCA requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks.
• A valid Saudi driving license is required.
