شركة ريناد المجد (RMG Group)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في تكامل أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المملكة العربية السعودية، تعلن عن حاجتها لمدرب لبرنامج كفاءة الطاقة السعودي (SEEP). سيكون هذا الدور تعاقديًا وحضوريًا بالكامل في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتقديم برامج تدريبية وورش عمل ودورات في مجال كفاءة الطاقة وإدارة الطاقة والممارسات الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- إعداد المواد التدريبية وخطط الدروس، وإجراء جلسات تدريبية نظرية وعملية.
- استخدام دراسات الحالة والأمثلة الواقعية لتوضيح أفضل الممارسات في كفاءة الطاقة.
- تقييم أداء المشاركين وتقديم الملاحظات والتدريب اللازم.
- تحديث المحتوى التدريبي بما يتوافق مع اللوائح والمعايير والتطورات التكنولوجية الحالية.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تحقيق أهداف التدريب.
- الحفاظ على سجلات تدريبية دقيقة والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لمناهج برنامج كفاءة الطاقة السعودي وطرق التقديم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لتفسير البيانات، وتقييم أداء الطاقة، ودعم محتوى التدريب القائم على الأدلة.
- معرفة بصناعة الطاقة وقطاعاتها، بما في ذلك الاتجاهات الحالية واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات.
- مهارات في إدارة الطاقة لتصميم وتقديم تدريب حول استراتيجيات الكفاءة والمراقبة والتحسين.
- فهم عمليات وأنظمة توليد الطاقة لتوضيح إجراءات كفاءة الطاقة.
- خلفية أكاديمية ذات صلة في الهندسة أو الطاقة أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة كمدرب أو معلم أو ميسر، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في برامج كفاءة الطاقة أو التدريب الفني.
- مهارات قوية في العرض والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على إشراك مجموعات متنوعة من المشاركين.
- القدرة على تطوير مواد تدريبية منظمة وتكييف المحتوى مع مستويات المتعلمين المختلفة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب؛ إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام بمبادرات كفاءة الطاقة السعودية ومعاييرها وأطرها التنظيمية ميزة إضافية.

Role Description The Saudi Energy Efficiency Program (SEEP) Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Riyadh. The trainer will design and deliver SEEP training programs, workshops, and courses focused on energy efficiency, energy management, and related industry practices. Daily tasks include preparing training materials and lesson plans, conducting classroom and practical training sessions, and using case studies and real-world examples to illustrate best practices in energy efficiency. The role involves assessing participant performance, providing feedback and coaching, and updating training content to align with current regulations, standards, and technological developments. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met, maintain accurate training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of SEEP curricula and delivery methods.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate energy performance, and support evidence-based training content.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of the Energy Industry and Energy sectors, including current trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Energy Management to design and deliver training on efficiency strategies, monitoring, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Power Generation processes and systems to contextualize energy efficiency measures.
- Relevant academic background in engineering, energy, environmental science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or facilitator, preferably in energy efficiency or technical training programs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse participant groups.
- Ability to develop structured training materials and adapt content to different learner levels.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Saudi energy efficiency initiatives, standards, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
