We are currently hiring for a Compliance Governance Consultant role to support a major transformation program within a large-scale environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This position will play a key role in designing, implementing, and monitoring governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational integrity across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust governance policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with local regulations and international best practices.

Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to track compliance and performance across projects.

Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

Lead internal audits and ensure timely remediation of findings.

Prepare high-quality reports and official documentation for government and corporate stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in governance, compliance, or risk-related roles (preferably within the consulting sector).

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., compliance, risk, audit) are an advantage.

Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within technology, consulting, or financial services sectors.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing abilities; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Certifications: GRC, CIA, CISA.
