We are looking for a highly skilled Training Package Designer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will design and develop comprehensive, professional training packages that include trainer guides, trainee materials, assessments, case studies, and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop professional training packages aligned with learning objectives.

Create trainer and trainee guides, workbooks, and supporting materials.

Develop pre- and post-assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.

Design case studies, exercises, and interactive activities.

Write training content in a clear, engaging, and professional style.

Ensure all training materials meet quality standards and industry best practices.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and the training management team.

Review and update existing training content as needed.

Maintain consistency in branding and formatting across all training materials.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

15+ years of experience in designing and developing training packages (not training delivery).

Strong content writing and instructional design skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent command of Arabic (written and spoken).

Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, H5P, etc.) is a plus.
