Role Description The Instructor - 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing in the Energy Sector will deliver on-site training programs in Riyadh, focusing on the application of additive manufacturing technologies within energy industry operations. This contract role includes designing course content, preparing instructional materials, and conducting theoretical and hands-on training sessions for professionals and learners. The instructor will demonstrate 3D printing workflows, guide participants in selecting suitable materials and technologies, and showcase industry use cases and best practices relevant to energy sector challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities involve assessing participant progress, providing technical support during practical exercises, and updating training modules to reflect emerging technologies and standards. The role also entails collaborating with RMG’s training and technical teams to ensure training quality, alignment with client requirements, and continuous improvement of course offerings.
Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of 3D printing technologies, additive manufacturing processes, and related software tools used in industrial and energy sector applications.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or energy industry operations, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical training scenarios.
• Strong instructional design and teaching skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and facilitation of hands-on workshops.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Design, Materials Science, or a closely related field; relevant certifications in 3D printing or additive manufacturing are beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site with diverse participant groups, adapt training methods to different skill levels, and provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with safety standards, quality control practices, and industry regulations related to manufacturing and energy sector operations.
• Comfort with collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients to tailor training content to specific organizational needs.
