المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وفهم جميع الوثائق ذات الصلة بنطاق خدمات التحكم في المشاريع.
- توجيه وظائف هندسة التكاليف بما في ذلك تقدير التكاليف، والرقابة عليها، وإدارة التغيير، وتحليل التكاليف.
- توجيه وظائف التخطيط والجدولة بما في ذلك تطوير الجداول الزمنية والرقابة عليها وتحليلها.
- قيادة وتحفيز الفريق بفاعلية، مع التفاعل مع موظفي العميل.
- الإلمام المتقدم بمشاريع الهندسة والمشتريات والعقود والإنشاءات في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- خبرة كبيرة في التحكم بالمشاريع والعمليات التجارية و/أو عقود المشاريع الرئيسية مع التركيز على الجوانب المالية والرقابية.
- الالتزام بإجراءات الشركة في هندسة التكاليف.
- إعداد تقارير التكاليف الداخلية والخارجية وفقاً للإجراءات ونطاق الخدمات.
- التنسيق مع موظفي العميل حسب الحاجة.
- تحليل وإعداد توقعات ساعات العمل والتكاليف للمشاريع.
- حضور وتمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات المتعلقة بمسائل التكاليف.
- تحديد وتحليل الانحرافات والاتجاهات مقابل الميزانيات، والتحقيق فيها مع المجموعة المعنية، وإبلاغ مدير المشروع/مدير التحكم بالمشاريع بالقضايا التي تتطلب إجراءات تصحيحية.
- مراجعة حالة المشروع الإجمالية والتوقعات مع مدير المشروع/مدير التحكم بالمشاريع عند الحاجة.
- ضمان التسوية الأسبوعية والشهرية بين تقارير تكاليف المشروع ومعلومات التكاليف والفواتير في قسم المحاسبة.
- الحفاظ على الوعي والفهم للأنظمة ذات الصلة التي تديرها الإدارات الأخرى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال هندسة التكاليف في مجال مشابه.
- إجادة كاملة لاستخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- كفاءة ممتازة في الحسابات التقنية.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتخطيط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية مع القدرة على توجيه وتحفيز الفريق.
- القدرة على التفاعل مع موظفي العميل بفعالية.
- معرفة متقدمة بمشاريع الهندسة والمشتريات والعقود والإنشاءات في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- خبرة كبيرة في التحكم بالمشاريع والعمليات التجارية.
- كفاءة ممتازة في الحسابات التقنية وإدارة الوقت.

- Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the project controls scope of services
- Specific experience and demonstrated skill in directing cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management and cost analysis required
- Experience with directing, planning, and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to successfully direct and motivate a team inclusive of interacting with client personnel require
- Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction projects in the Oil & Gas industry required
- Significant experience in project controls, commercial operations, and/or prime contract experience with emphasis on project controls and financial issues required
- Adhere to our corporate cost engineering procedures
- Prepare internal and external cost reports as per the above - mentioned procedures and scope of services
- Liaise with Client personnel as necessary
- Analyze and prepare work - hour and cost forecasts for the projects
- Attend and represent in meetings concerning cost matters
- Identify and analyzing deviations and trends against the budgets. Investigating such deviations with the relevant group and advising Project Manager / Project Controls Manager of issues requiring corrective action
- Review overall project status and forecast with Project Manager / Project Control Manager as required
- Ensure reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis between project cost reports and Accounting Department cost and billing information
- Maintain awareness and understanding of relevant system operated by other departments

Expected
- BSc Degree in Engineering subject or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years cost engineering experience in similar field
- Competent in all MS Office applications
- Good communication skills in English language - written and verbal
- Excellent technical numeracy
- Excellent time management and planning skills
