Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network administration, combined with practical cybersecurity expertise in security monitoring, incident investigation, vulnerability management, and security hardening.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Administration.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and security technologies.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills & Competencies

Systems Administration

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration.
• Administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Administration and monitoring of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Patch management and system updates.
• System performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Network Administration

• Strong knowledge of switching and routing fundamentals.
• Experience with VLANs, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Firewall administration and management.
• VPN configuration, administration, and support.
• Wireless network management and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and maintaining network availability and performance.

Cybersecurity Skills

• Security monitoring and incident investigation.
• Experience with SIEM monitoring, log analysis, and security alert investigation.
• Conducting vulnerability scanning and following up on remediation activities.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection and security solutions, including EDR/antivirus platforms.
• System and network security hardening.
• Identity and access management, including user access and privilege controls.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer and support the organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Monitor system and network performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
• Monitor cybersecurity tools and investigate security alerts and potential incidents.
• Perform security log analysis and support incident investigation and response activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely remediation.
• Implement and maintain system and network security controls, including security hardening and access management.
• Manage backup solutions and support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Perform patch management and ensure systems are updated against known vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, system, and cybersecurity incidents.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, procedures, and incident records.
• Support cybersecurity compliance requirements and participate in security improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to continuously enhance the organization's infrastructure security and operational resilience.

• Microsoft Certified
• Microsoft Azure Certified
• CCNA
• CompTIA Security+
• Fortinet NSE / FCP
• Microsoft Security Certification
• Other relevant infrastructure or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
