📍 Location: Thuwal, Jeddah

🎓 Experience: 3-5+ years

We are looking for a Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist with hands-on experience in retail leasing, commercial property, tenant relations, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail leasing activities and tenant relationships
• Identify potential tenants and support the right tenant mix
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer lease agreements
• Manage tenant onboarding, renewals, compliance, and clearance
• Conduct market benchmarking and support financial analysis
• Coordinate retail development projects, fit-outs, and store openings
• Monitor retail operations, customer experience, and service standards
• Coordinate with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5+ years in retail management, commercial property leasing, or hospitality services
• Strong experience in lease negotiation and tenant relations
• Retail development/project coordination experience is preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
