شركة Cloud Consultancy - CCDS تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس دعم وعمليات التشفير (Encryption Operations & Support Engineer) في الدمام، السعودية. دوام كامل في الموقع، على مشروع طويل الأمد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات الصحة اليومية والمراقبة التشغيلية لمنصات التشفير والأمن.
- معالجة طلبات الخدمة والحوادث المتعلقة بالتشفير، نظام إدارة المفاتيح (KMS)، وحدة أمان الأجهزة (HSM)، والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
- إجراء المستوى الأول من استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتنسيق تصعيد المشكلات التقنية المعقدة.
- دعم أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- تنسيق أنشطة التحديث والترقية والإصلاح والصيانة من البائع.
- مراقبة تراخيص البرامج والاشتراكات والأصول وعقود الدعم.
- الحفاظ على سجلات التهيئة، قوائم الجرد، الوثائق التقنية، وأدلة التشغيل.
- دعم الاختبارات التقنية والتحقق من الصحة وتغييرات النظام.
- المشاركة في أنشطة النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد، واستمرارية الأعمال، والتعافي من الكوارث.
- دعم جلسات نقل المعرفة والحفاظ على الإجراءات التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع البائعين والفرق التقنية الداخلية لحل الحوادث ومشكلات الخدمة.
- إعداد تقارير الصيانة والتشغيل.
- المشاركة في نافذة الصيانة المجدولة والدعم عند الاستدعاء عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، الأمن السيبراني، هندسة الحاسب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في عمليات تقنية المعلومات، عمليات الأمن، الدعم الفني، أو البنية التحتية للأمن السيبراني.
- خبرة في دعم تقنيات أمن المؤسسات (يفضل).
- معرفة بإدارة الحوادث، إدارة الخدمات، استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، التوثيق، وإدارة التغيير.
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل في الموقع في الدمام.
الشهادات المطلوبة
- ITIL 4 Foundation، أو
- CompTIA Security+
الشهادات المفضلة
- تدريب على إدارة Thales CipherTrust / Luna.
- شهادة إدارة التشفير/HSM من بائع محدد.
- شهادات إضافية في إدارة خدمات تقنية المعلومات (ITSM)، عمليات الأمن، أو البنية التحتية.
- شهادات ذات صلة في Microsoft، Linux، أو البنية التحتية للمؤسسات.

About The Role
We are looking for an Encryption Operations & Support Engineer to provide day-to-day operational and technical support for enterprise encryption and security infrastructure.
The role will focus on health monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, incident troubleshooting, service requests, patching coordination, license and asset tracking, documentation, testing, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily health checks and operational monitoring of encryption and security platforms
- Handle service requests and incidents related to encryption, KMS, HSM, and associated infrastructure
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate escalation of complex technical issues
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate patching, upgrades, fixes, and vendor maintenance activities
- Monitor software licenses, subscriptions, assets, and support contracts
- Maintain configuration records, inventories, technical documentation, and operational runbooks
- Support technical testing, validation, and system changes
- Participate in backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities
- Support knowledge-transfer sessions and maintain operational procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to resolve incidents and service issues
- Prepare operational and maintenance reports
- Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and on-call support when required
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in IT operations, security operations, technical support, or cybersecurity infrastructure
- Experience supporting enterprise security technologies is preferred
- Knowledge of incident management, service management, troubleshooting, documentation, and change management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Dammam
One of the following:
- ITIL 4 Foundation, or
- CompTIA Security+
- Thales CipherTrust / Luna administration training
- Vendor-specific encryption/HSM administration certification
- Additional ITSM, security operations, or infrastructure certification
- Relevant Microsoft, Linux, or enterprise infrastructure certification
