تعلن شركة Cloud Consultancy - CCDS عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM/PAM) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. العقد قائم على مشروع خدمات أمن سيبراني مُدارة لمدة 13 شهراً، ويتطلب خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات دورة حياة الهوية (الانضمام والانتقال والمغادرة) والتزويد الآلي للحسابات عبر الأنظمة المتصلة.
- مراجعة طلبات الوصول والموافقات وتعيينات الأدوار وتعزيز مبادئ الفصل بين المهام وأقل امتياز.
- تشغيل خدمات الدخول الموحد (SSO) والتحقق متعدد العوامل (MFA) والتحقق من نشاطات المصادقة الفاشلة أو المشبوهة أو الشاذة.
- مراقبة مزامنة الهوية وحل مشكلات التزويد الفاشلة والحفاظ على تناسق بيانات الهوية.
- إدارة حملات مراجعة الوصول والتنسيق مع مالكي الأعمال ومتابعة المراجعات المتأخرة.
- تحديد ومعالجة الحسابات غير النشطة أو المهجورة أو ذات الامتيازات المفرطة أو عالية المخاطر.
- إدارة طلبات الوصول المتميز ومراقبة الجلسات والتسجيلات والحسابات المشتركة والوصول في الوقت المناسب (Just-in-Time).
- دعم عمليات التدقيق وتقديم أدلة الامتثال والتحقيق في حوادث IAM/PAM وتتبع المعالجة وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو أمن المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في حوكمة IAM أو هندستها أو تشغيلها.
- خبرة عملية في منصات IAM وIGA وPAM المؤسسية.
- فهم قوي لدورة حياة الهوية ونماذج التحكم في الوصول والدخول الموحد والتحقق متعدد العوامل والتحكم في الوصول القائم على الأدوار وأقل امتياز والفصل بين المهام.
- خبرة في دمج حلول IAM مع التطبيقات المؤسسية وتطبيق مبادئ الثقة الصفرية والمصادقة الحديثة.
- معرفة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية السعودية والممارسات الدولية لأمن الهوية.
- الشهادات المهنية المفضلة: CIAM، CISSP، شهادة Microsoft Identity أو شهادة IAM مماثلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تنسيق قوي مع أصحاب المصلحة وروح التملك للخدمة.
- دقيق ومنهجي وقادر على التعامل مع بيانات الوصول الحساسة بمسؤولية.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وإعداد التقارير والتوثيق.
- القدرة على الموازنة بين الاستجابة التشغيلية والضوابط الصارمة.

Role Purpose
Operate and govern enterprise identity, access, authentication, IGA, and privileged-access services across the entity's environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage joiner, mover, and leaver identity lifecycle processes and automated account provisioning across connected systems
- Review access requests, approvals, role assignments, segregation-of-duties conflicts, and least-privilege controls
- Operate SSO and MFA services and investigate failed, suspicious, or anomalous authentication activity
- Monitor identity synchronization, resolve provisioning failures, and maintain identity-data consistency
- Run access-certification campaigns, coordinate with business owners, and escalate overdue reviews
- Identify and remediate inactive, orphaned, excessive, or high-risk accounts and entitlements
- Govern privileged access requests, session monitoring, recordings, shared accounts, and just-in-time access
- Support audits, compliance evidence, IAM/PAM incident investigation, remediation tracking, and periodic operational reporting
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in IAM governance, engineering, or operations
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM, IGA, and PAM platforms
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access-control models, SSO, MFA, RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and applying Zero Trust and modern authentication principles
- Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements and international identity-security practices
- Strong stakeholder coordination and service ownership
- Careful, systematic, and able to handle sensitive access data responsibly
- Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and documentation skills
- Able to balance operational responsiveness with strict governance controls
