تعلن شركة Cloud Consultancy - CCDS عن توفر وظيفة قائد تقني أول للتشفير (Senior Encryption / Onsite Technical Lead) للعمل في مشروع أمن سيبراني كبير في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية. الوظيفة دوام كامل وحضوري، وتتضمن قيادة تنفيذ أنظمة التشفير وإدارة المفاتيح (KMS) ووحدات أمان الأجهزة (HSM).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن قائد تقني أول للتشفير والحضوري في الموقع لقيادة التنفيذ التقني والتنسيق اليومي لأنشطة التشفير وإدارة المفاتيح (KMS) ووحدات أمان الأجهزة (HSM) ضمن مشروع أمن سيبراني كبير في الدمام. سيعمل المرشح كقائد تقني أساسي في الموقع، وينسق أنشطة التنفيذ مع فرق الجهة ومصنعي المعدات الأصلية (OEMs) وأصحاب المصلحة والخبراء التقنيين، مع ضمان الجودة والتوثيق والاختبار والجاهزية التشغيلية ورفع المشكلات التقنية في الوقت المناسب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة التنفيذ والتشغيل في الموقع المتعلقة بالتشفير وإدارة المفاتيح (KMS) ووحدات أمان الأجهزة (HSM) وحلول الأمن التشفيرية.
- تنسيق الأنشطة التقنية بين فريق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة ومصنعي المعدات الأصلية (OEMs) وفرق البنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
- مراجعة واعتماد التغييرات التقنية والتكوينات وخطط التنفيذ والإجراءات التشغيلية.
- الإشراف على أنشطة التشفير وإدارة المفاتيح ووحدات أمان الأجهزة (HSM).
- ضمان الامتثال للتصاميم الفنية المعتمدة ومتطلبات الأمان ومعايير المشروع.
- قيادة الاختبارات التقنية والتحقق من التكامل وأنشطة القبول ومعالجة النتائج.
- مراجعة وصيانة وثائق التصميم عالي المستوى (HLD) ومنخفض المستوى (LLD) ووثائق التكوين وسجلات التشغيل وحالات الاختبار والوثائق التشغيلية.
- مراقبة جودة وتقدم أنشطة التنفيذ التقني وضمان رفع المشكلات وحلها بشكل مناسب.
- التنسيق مع فرق قواعد البيانات والشبكات والبنية التحتية والأمن ومركز العمليات الأمنية (SOC) والتطبيقات عند الحاجة.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمهندسين العاملين ضمن مسارات العمل المتعلقة بالتشفير والأمن.
- دعم نقل المعرفة والانتقال من التنفيذ إلى العمليات التشغيلية المعتادة (BAU).
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية ومراجعات الحالة وأنشطة حوكمة المشروع.
- دعم التحقيق في الحوادث واستكشاف المشكلات التقنية المعقدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني أو علوم الحاسب أو هندسة الحاسب أو هندسة الشبكات أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الأمن السيبراني أو التشفير أو إدارة المفاتيح أو وحدات أمان الأجهزة (HSM) أو أمن المعلومات أو بيئات تقنية ذات صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة تنفيذ تقنيات الأمن على مستوى المؤسسات.
- فهم قوي للتشفير وإدارة المفاتيح (KMS) ووحدات أمان الأجهزة (HSM) والبنية التحتية للمفاتيح العامة (PKI) وإدارة دورة حياة المفاتيح التشفيرية وعمليات الأمن.
- خبرة في التنسيق مع فرق تقنية متعددة والعمل مباشرة مع أصحاب المصلحة من المؤسسات أو القطاع الحكومي.
- مهارات قوية في التوثيق والتواصل والتنسيق وحل المشكلات.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في بيئات الحكومة السعودية أو البيئات المنظمة أو البنية التحتية الحيوية.
- الاستعداد للعمل بدوام كامل وحضوري في الدمام.
- الشهادات المطلوبة: CISSP أو CISM.
- الشهادات المفضلة: ITIL 4 Foundation، تدريب أو شهادة فنية من Thales CipherTrust/Luna، شهادة في HSM أو التشفير أو PKI أو بنية الأمن، أو شهادات مهنية أخرى معترف بها في الأمن السيبراني.

About The Role

The successful candidate will act as the primary onsite technical lead, coordinating implementation activities with the entity teams, OEMs, project stakeholders, and technical specialists while ensuring quality, documentation, testing, operational readiness, and timely escalation of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onsite implementation and operational activities related to encryption, KMS, HSM, and cryptographic security solutions
- Coordinate technical activities between the project team, and stakeholders, OEMs, and relevant infrastructure teams
- Review and approve technical changes, configurations, implementation plans, and operational procedures
- Supervise encryption, key management, and HSM-related activities
- Ensure compliance with approved technical designs, security requirements, and project standards
- Lead technical testing, integration validation, acceptance activities, and remediation of findings
- Review and maintain HLD, LLD, configuration documents, runbooks, test cases, and operational documentation
- Monitor the quality and progress of technical implementation activities and ensure issues are properly escalated and resolved
- Coordinate with database, network, infrastructure, security, SOC, and application teams where required
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers working within the encryption and security workstreams
- Support knowledge transfer and transition from implementation to BAU operations
- Participate in technical meetings, status reviews, and project governance activities
- Support incident investigation and complex technical troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, encryption, key management, HSM, information security, or related technical environments
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise security technology implementations
- Strong understanding of encryption, KMS, HSM, PKI, cryptographic key lifecycle management, and security operations
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and working directly with enterprise/government stakeholders
- Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in Saudi government, regulated, or critical infrastructure environments is highly preferred
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Dammam
- CISSP or CISM
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Thales CipherTrust / Luna technical training or certification
- Relevant HSM, encryption, PKI, or security architecture certification
- Other recognized cybersecurity professional certifications
