About The Role

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary to effectively manage teams and coordinate with different departments. Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and production management systems, is preferred. Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture within the production facility.

Optimize production processes through continuous improvement initiatives, technology upgrades, and workflow adjustments.

Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for tracking performance and compliance purposes.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable manufacturing practices.

Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.
