نظرة عامة عن الوظيفة

يتولى أخصائي تطبيقات نقاط النهاية مسؤولية تقييم وتخصيص وتنفيذ وإدارة وتقديم دعم المستوى الثالث (خبير موضوعي) لجميع تطبيقات نقاط النهاية الأساسية في الشركة وترقياتها، بما في ذلك منتجات Microsoft Office 365 والإضافات، وبرامج PDF، وأدوات إنتاجية المستندات، وتطبيقات SaaS، والتطبيقات الموكلة للفريق على مستوى الشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم ونشر وإدارة ودعم التطبيقات الموكلة على مستوى المؤسسة.
  • إنشاء خطط المشاريع، وجدولة المواعيد، وتنفيذ إطلاق التطبيقات وترقياتها.
  • إجراء تحليلات واختبارات للمنتجات والأنظمة وتقديم التوصيات للإدارة.
  • إعادة تكوين أو تخصيص التطبيقات حسب الحاجة لتلبية متطلبات المستخدمين.
  • العمل مع العملاء والمتخصصين الآخرين ومهندسي الأنظمة لمعالجة مشكلات النظام/التطبيق أو تحسين إجراءات سير العمل.
  • إعداد جميع وثائق المشاريع الموكلة بما في ذلك متطلبات المستخدم والأعمال.
  • التواصل حول تحديثات المنتجات والمواصفات الفنية لجمهور متنوع داخل بيئة GT.
  • صيانة وتطوير وحدات الماكرو الداخلية والتخصيصات والأدوات.
  • إنشاء تدفقات عمليات منخفضة الكود باستخدام أدوات أتمتة العمليات الروبوتية (RPA) مثل Microsoft Power Automate وUIPath.
  • تقديم دعم المستوى الثالث (خبير موضوعي) لجميع التطبيقات الأساسية الموكلة للفريق.
  • إنشاء وتقديم عروض تقديمية لجمهور مختلف حسب توجيهات مدير تطبيقات نقاط النهاية.
  • أداء مهام أخرى يراها مدير تطبيقات نقاط النهاية مناسبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب و/أو نظم المعلومات أو خبرة معادلة.
  • شهادات A+، Net+، Microsoft Office User Specialist (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في اختبار التطبيقات، التكوين، النشر، الإدارة والدعم.
  • خبرة في تطوير وصيانة الحلول المملوكة للمنظمة باستخدام VBA، VB.NET، C# ضمن Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • معرفة قوية وخبرة في العمل مع أنظمة إدارة المستندات، تطبيقات مقارنة المستندات/البيانات الوصفية، وحزم الماكرو القانونية؛ وكذلك في التسجيل وصيانة سياسات المجموعة (Group Policy).
  • معرفة بمبادئ وممارسات الأمن السيبراني، بما في ذلك كشف التهديدات، إدارة المخاطر وحماية البيانات.
  • فهم أساسي للذكاء الاصطناعي ومخاطره وتنفيذه. الإلمام بـ Copilot for M365 (ميزة إضافية).
  • إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
  • القدرة على تنفيذ مهمة من البداية إلى النهاية بأقل إشراف أو باتباع إرشادات عامة مع حس عالٍ بالملكية والمساءلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام البرامج القائمة على Windows وMicrosoft Word وExcel وOutlook.
  • معرفة تقنية خبيرة في استخدام وتكوين ونشر تطبيقات Microsoft 365.
  • معرفة تقنية قوية بأنظمة تشغيل Microsoft Windows وإنشاء واسترداد مستندات Microsoft Office.

This role is based in our Riyadh Regional Headquarters office, on an in-office basis. This role reports to the Endpoint Applications Manager.

Position Summary

The Endpoint Applications Specialist is responsible for evaluating, customizing, implementing, administering, and providing Tier 3 (subject matter expert) support for all core firm endpoint applications and their upgrades. This includes Microsoft Office 365 products and add-ins, PDF software, document productivity tools, SaaS applications, and team assigned applications across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluates, deploys, manages, and supports assigned applications at the enterprise level.
  • Creates project plans, sets schedules, and executes application rollouts and upgrades.
  • Performs product and system analyses/testing and presents recommendations to management.
  • Reconfigures or customizes applications as needed to satisfy user requirements.
  • Works with clients, other specialists, and system engineers to address system/application issues or enhance workflow procedures.
  • Prepares all documentation for assigned projects including user and business requirements.
  • Communicates product updates and technical specifications to diverse audiences within the GT environment.
  • Maintains and further develops in-house macros, customizations, and tools.
  • Creates low code process flows using industry standard robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UIPath.
  • Provides Tier 3/subject matter expert (SME) support for all core applications assigned to the team.
  • Creates and delivers presentations to various audiences as assigned by the Endpoint Applications manager.
  • Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Endpoint Applications Manager.

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to take an assignment from inception to completion with minimal supervision or by following broad guidelines with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to build effective internal and external client relationships.
  • Familiarity with project management processes with an emphasis on managing multiple projects, assessing priorities, and achieving solutions under deadlines.
  • Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic.

Education & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • A+, Net+, Microsoft Office User Specialist Certifications a plus.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in applications testing, configuration, deployment, administration, and support.
  • Experience developing and maintaining proprietary solutions written in VBA, VB.NET, and C# using Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with document management systems, document comparison/metadata applications, and legal macro packages; as well in the registry and maintaining group policy.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat detection, risk management, and data protection.
  • Basic understanding of AI, its risks and implementation. Familiarity with Copilot for M365 a plus.

Technology

  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Expert technical knowledge in the use, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 Applications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office document creation and recovery.
  • Familiarity with tools such as firewalls, VPN, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.
  • Familiarity with automation languages such as VB, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, and JSON a plus.
  • Comfortable working with SQL Query Language to query and manage SQL databases.
  • Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
