The Assistant Manager, Business Integrity, will support the effective execution of ROSHN’s investigative activities and integrity initiatives. In addition, will assist in conducting investigations with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring that all matters align with ROSHN’s Code of Business Conduct and related policies. Operating in a dynamic environment, you will apply sound investigative techniques, gather and analyze evidence, and support fact‑finding efforts across the organization.

In this role, you will help prepare clear and well‑structured investigation reports, coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information, and support risk mitigation efforts. You will contribute to enhancing the maturity of the Business Integrity function by promoting best practices, supporting process improvements, and assisting in awareness and advisory activities.

Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager and Director, Business Integrity, you will play an important role in maintaining ROSHN’s culture of integrity by ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks, safeguarding confidentiality, and supporting effective governance and compliance across the organization
