تعلن شركة مفيد (MUFEED) عن توفر وظيفة فني أجهزة وشبكات في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة Active Directory وحسابات المستخدمين والمجموعات والأذونات وسياسات الأجهزة.
- تكوين وصيانة واستكشاف أخطاء الشبكات السلكية واللاسلكية والأجهزة المتصلة بها.
- تكوين وصيانة قواعد جدار الحماية FortiGate وضوابط الوصول وسياسات الأمان.
- تثبيت وتكوين وتحديث وصيانة التطبيقات البرمجية على أجهزة الشركة.
- إعداد وإدارة تطبيقات SaaS بما في ذلك ضوابط الوصول وإعدادات الأمان ودعم المستخدمين.
- إدارة أنظمة البريد الإلكتروني وحسابات المستخدمين وسياسات الأمان والمشكلات المتعلقة بالبريد.
- تثبيت وتكوين وتحديث واستكشاف أخطاء تطبيقات Microsoft Office وأنظمة Windows.
- مراقبة وصيانة تحديثات النظام والتصحيحات والحماية من الفيروسات وأمن نقاط النهاية.
- إجراء ومراقبة النسخ الاحتياطي للأنظمة واستعادتها عند الحاجة.
- معالجة تذاكر دعم تقنية المعلومات واستكشاف أخطاء الأجهزة والبرامج والشبكات والأنظمة وتوثيق الحلول.
- إدارة أصول تقنية المعلومات من خلال تسجيلها وتعيينها وتتبعها وتحديث سجلاتها.
- تجهيز أجهزة تقنية المعلومات والحسابات والتطبيقات والتراخيص والوصول للموظفين الجدد.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية والحفاظ على توثيق دقيق لتكوينات الأنظمة والتركيبات والتغييرات.
- تركيب وتكوين وصيانة واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة المراقبة CCTV بما في ذلك كاميرات Hik-Connect والأجهزة ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، نظم المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دعم تقنية المعلومات أو إدارة الأنظمة أو البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بـ Active Directory وWindows وMicrosoft 365 وSaaS وإدارة البريد الإلكتروني.
- معرفة جيدة بالشبكات وTCP/IP وWi-Fi وجدار الحماية FortiGate.
- خبرة في النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة وأمن نقاط النهاية ومكافحة الفيروسات وإدارة التصحيحات وإدارة أصول تقنية المعلومات.
- خبرة في أنظمة المراقبة CCTV ويفضل Hikvision/Hik-Connect.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء والتحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل والتوثيق.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, Microsoft 365, SaaS, and email administration. Good knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and FortiGate Firewall. Experience with backup and recovery, endpoint security, antivirus, patch management, and IT asset management. Experience with CCTV systems, preferably Hikvision/Hik-Connect. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Good command of written and spoken English.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, groups, permissions, and device policies.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks and connected devices.
- Configure and maintain FortiGate firewall rules, access controls, and security policies.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain software applications across company devices.
- Set up and administer SaaS applications, including access controls, security settings, and user support.
- Administer email systems, user accounts, security policies, and email-related issues.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
- Monitor and maintain system updates, patches, antivirus protection, and endpoint security.
- Perform and monitor system backups and restore systems when required.
- Handle IT support tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, and document resolutions.
- Manage IT assets by registering, assigning, tracking, and updating asset records.
- Prepare IT devices, accounts, applications, licenses, and access for new employees.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, installations, and changes.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including Hik-Connect cameras and related devices.
