بصفتك مهندسًا إنشائيًا رئيسيًا، ستقود فرق المشاريع في مشاريع المباني الإنشائية، مع الجمع بين التسليم الفني والقيادة الإدارية. ستعمل على مجموعة متنوعة من مشاريع البيئة المبنية، مستخدمًا خلفية قوية في الهندسة الإنشائية لتقديم نتائج عالية الجودة ضمن النطاق والميزانية والجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها. ستعزز أسلوب العمل التعاوني، وتوجيه المهندسين والفنيين المبتدئين، وتوفير التوجيه الفني خلال مراحل التصميم المفاهيمي والتفصيلي والنهائي. سيتضمن هذا الدور إعداد ومراجعة التصاميم والمواصفات والحسابات والرسومات وتقييمات المخاطر والمخرجات الفنية، بالإضافة إلى عرض منهجيات التصميم الإنشائي على أصحاب المصلحة الفنيين وغير الفنيين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد التصاميم والمواصفات والحسابات والرسومات وتقييمات المخاطر لمشاريع الصيانة والتجديد والإنشاءات الجديدة، مع الحصول على الموافقات النظامية عند الحاجة.
- قيادة إعداد حسابات ورسومات التصميم المفاهيمي والتفصيلي والنهائي لمشاريع الهندسة الإنشائية.
- إجراء التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي عبر مشاريع المباني الإنشائية.
- تفقد الأعمال المنفذة في الموقع ومراقبة الجودة والامتثال لمتطلبات التصميم.
- المسؤولية عن إنتاج وتسليم حلول التصميم والتقارير والمواصفات والرسومات في الوقت المحدد وبشكل موثوق.
- توفير إدارة فعالة للمهام والموارد، ومراقبة التسليم مقابل النطاق والبرنامج والميزانية المتفق عليها.
- تقديم الدعم الفني الإنشائي وإدارة الدقة الفنية لتسليم المشروع.
- عرض الجوانب الفنية للمشاريع ومنهجيات التصميم الإنشائي على الجمهور الفني وغير الفني.
- الحفاظ على معرفة شاملة بالرموز والممارسات الهندسية الفنية الحالية، والمساهمة في الأمور الفنية على مستوى المشروع والقطاع.
- توجيه ودعم التطوير الفني للمهندسين والفنيين المبتدئين.
- دعم التحسين المستمر وطرق العمل الرقمية، ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية.
- عضوية في معهد هندسي مهني، مثل ICE أو IStructE.
- خبرة في التصميم الهندسي، خاصة في المباني الإنشائية، مع تزايد المسؤولية وتعقيد المشاريع.
- خبرة في العمل في شركة استشارات هندسية دولية.
- خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية مع فهم للرموز والمعايير والجهات السعودية.
- سجل مثبت في تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع المباني الإنشائية بنجاح.
- خبرة في تخطيط ومراقبة برامج المشاريع والتكاليف والموارد لضمان التسليم في الوقت والميزانية المحددين.
- مهارات تواصل قوية (شخصية وكتابية وشفوية) مع القدرة على التواصل بفعالية على جميع المستويات بما في ذلك أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في استخدام برامج التحليل والتصميم مثل Robot وRevit وEtabs وStaad وCSC وRAM وTedds.
- معرفة بـ BIM ومهارات قياسية في البرامج الهندسية.
- كفاءة متقدمة في استخدام منتجات Microsoft Office بما في ذلك Outlook وWord وExcel وPowerPoint.
- القدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة ذات خلفيات متنوعة عبر بيئات جغرافية وثقافية متنوعة.

You will promote a collaborative working approach, mentor junior engineers and technicians, and provide technical direction throughout concept, scheme and detailed design stages. This role will involve preparation and review of designs, specifications, calculations, drawings, risk assessments and technical outputs, as well as presenting structural design approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About The Role

Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
- Prepare designs, specifications, calculations, drawings and risk assessments for maintenance, refurbishment and new build schemes, obtaining statutory approvals where required.
- Lead the preparation of concept, scheme and detailed design calculations and drawings for structural engineering projects.
- Undertake structural engineering analysis and design across building structures projects.
- Inspect works carried out on site and monitor quality and compliance with design requirements.
- Be accountable for the timely production and delivery of reliable design solutions, reports, specifications and drawings.
- Provide effective task and resource management, monitoring delivery against agreed scope, programme and budget.
- Provide structural technical support and manage the technical accuracy of project delivery.
- Present technical aspects of projects and structural design approaches to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current technical engineering codes and practices, contributing to technical matters at project and divisional level.
- Mentor and support the technical development of junior engineers and technicians.
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Membership of a professional engineering institute, namely ICE or IStructE.
- Experience in engineering design, primarily in building structures, with increasing responsibility and project complexity.
- Experience working in an international design consultancy.
- Experience in KSA with an understanding of KSA codes, standards and authorities.
- Demonstrable record of successfully designing and delivering building structures projects.
- Experience planning and monitoring project programmes, costs and resources to ensure delivery to time and budget.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including external stakeholders.
- Experience using analytical and design software such as Robot, Revit, Etabs, Staad, CSC, RAM and Tedds.
- Knowledge of BIM and standard industry software skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple teams with diverse backgrounds across geographically and culturally diverse environments.
- Adaptive mindset with strategic and critical thinking, a proactive approach to complex tasks and a focus on innovation and improvement.
