المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإلمام بأحدث الاتجاهات والممارسات في مجال الأمن وتحديث المعرفة والمهارات لتحسين جودة المنتج والخدمة.
- التركيز على تطوير وتجديد قسم الأمن.
- ضمان التقييم والمراجعة المستمرة للمنتجات والخدمات لتظل مبتكرة وذات صلة بممارسات Six Senses في العافية والاستدامة.
- المراجعة المنتظمة من خلال التواجد الميداني للالتزام الصارم بمعايير LQA.
- تقديم قيادة واسعة وتوجيه في جميع مجالات الأمن ومكافحة الخسائر وأفضل الممارسات والبرامج الأمنية بما في ذلك التخطيط الاستراتيجي.
- تقديم التوجيه بشأن معايير الأمن التجاري 'أفضل الممارسات' والحلول والإرشادات للحفاظ على بيئة آمنة لحماية الموظفين والضيوف والممتلكات والمعلومات.

- الإشراف على وتوجيه المشاريع الأمنية الرئيسية وتقنيات الأمن المادي بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أنظمة الوصول ببطاقات المفاتيح وأنظمة الإنذار وأنظمة المراقبة بالفيديو وخدمات الأمن وأنظمة أمن البيانات والأنظمة الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- المسؤولية عن تفتيش وتأمين مناطق الضيوف والمناطق العامة ومناطق قلب المنزل في العقار بشكل دوري والتأكد من تنفيذ أي تحسينات تتعلق بالأمن والسلامة خلال الإطار الزمني المحدد.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية تدريب أمني للعقار وضمان تقليل تكاليف الرواتب من خلال تعظيم الإنتاجية وجدولة الموظفين بكفاءة.
- إعداد وتقديم الوثائق القانونية والسرية المطلوبة المتعلقة بالعمليات.
- إكمال جميع متطلبات التقارير المؤسسية الخاصة بالدور بدقة.
- حضور أو عقد الاجتماعات والإحاطات المحددة حسب توجيهات المدير.
- أداء أي واجبات إضافية يكلف بها من المدير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على شهادة جامعية أو تدريب مهني، بالإضافة إلى أربع سنوات خبرة في مجال الأمن والسلامة في الفنادق أو ما يعادلها من خبرة عسكرية/إنفاذ قانون، بما في ذلك خبرة إشرافية، أو مزيج معادل من التعليم والخبرة. يفضّل حصوله على درجة البكالوريوس وأكثر من خمس سنوات خبرة في دور أمني مماثل.
- حاصل على رخصة FSLD (مشرف أمن وحرائق) ورخصة حارس أمن (Security Guard License).
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية؛ وتفضل معرفة لغات إضافية.

Duties and Responsibilities
As Director of Security, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Security Department to provide exceptional services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.

To execute the position of Director of Security, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
Possess college or vocational training, plus four years of hotel or related security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree and more than five years’ experience in a similar security role, preferred.
FSLD License , Security Guard License
Fluent in English and Arabic; I understand that additional languages are preferred.

As Director of Security, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Security Department to provide exceptional services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
- Focus on the rejuvenation of the department.
- Ensure that products and services will be constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
- Focus and review regularly through my physical presence, our rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
- Provide wide leadership and direction in all areas of security, loss control, security best practices and security programs including strategic planning.
- Provide guidance regarding "best practice" business security standards, solutions and guidance to maintain a secure environment for the protection of hosts, guests, property and information.
- Monitor security conditions and conduct ongoing analysis of data received from both external and internal sources and advise on appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with all departments and external groups to effectively resolve security related issues.
- Ensure all legal, statutory and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices and budgetary controls are implemented, reviewed and maintained.
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and other issuers of security requirement.
- Oversee and provide direction for major security related projects and physical security technologies including but not limited to various card key access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems, security services and data security systems and various other related systems.
- Responsible for inspecting and securing the property’s guest areas, public areas and heart-of-the-house areas on a regular basis and ensuring any security and safety improvements are actioned within the designated time frame.
- Develop and implement a security training strategy for the property and ensures appropriate Minimize payroll costs by maximizing productivity and efficient scheduling of hosts.
- Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation related to the operation.
- Complete accurately all corporate reporting requirements for the role.
- Attend or conduct the designated meetings and briefings as instructed by my Manager.
- Perform any additional duties given to me by my manager.
