المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة والإشراف على أنشطة البناء الكهربائية خلال مراحل المشروع.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والكودات الكهربائية والمعايير ومتطلبات الجودة وأنظمة السلامة.
  • مراجعة المخططات الكهربائية التصميمية ومخططات التنفيذ ومقدمات المواد وبيانات الطرق.
  • إجراء التفتيش الميداني ومراقبة أعمال التركيبات الكهربائية لضمان الامتثال للتصاميم المعتمدة.
  • الإشراف على الأعمال المتعلقة بالجهد العالي (HV) والجهد المتوسط (MV) وتوزيع الطاقة وأنظمة التيار المنخفض.
  • التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين ومديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.
  • مراقبة وفحص تركيب أنظمة إنذار الحريق، الشبكات المحلية (LAN)، الهاتف، الهاتف عبر IP، الأنظمة الصوتية، أنظمة التحكم في الدخول، كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV)، التلفزيون الكبلي (CATV)، وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS).
  • تقديم التوصيات الفنية ودعم حل المشكلات الكهربائية في الموقع.
  • ضمان تطبيق إجراءات ضبط الجودة المناسبة طوال تنفيذ المشروع.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش والوثائق الفنية وتحديثات تقدم المشروع.
  • دعم فرق المشروع في تحقيق الجداول الزمنية وأهداف الجودة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
  • التنسيق والإشراف على الأنشطة الميدانية لضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • مرحب بالخريجين الجدد.
  • خبرة تصل إلى سنتين في مشاريع البناء (يفضل).
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة موقعية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم أساسي للأنظمة الكهربائية وشبكات توزيع الطاقة وأنظمة التيار المنخفض.
  • الإلمام بالكودات الكهربائية والمعايير وضبط الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.
  • المعرفة بأنظمة إنذار الحريق، كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV)، أنظمة التحكم في الدخول، الشبكات المحلية (LAN)، أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) وما يتعلق بها (ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق والعمل الجماعي.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج الهندسة (يفضل).
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. We provide integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy services, offering a “one-stop solution” to support our clients across the full project lifecycle.

We are currently looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dammam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and supervise electrical construction activities across project phases
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
  • Review electrical design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor electrical installation works to ensure compliance with approved designs
  • Supervise works related to High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), power distribution, and low-current systems
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor and inspect the installation of Fire Alarm, LAN, Telephone, IP-Telephony, Public Address, Audio Visual, Access Control, CCTV, CATV, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Provide technical recommendations and support the resolution of site-related electrical issues
  • Ensure proper quality control procedures are implemented throughout project execution
  • Prepare inspection reports, technical documentation, and project progress updates
  • Support project teams in achieving project schedules, quality objectives, and operational requirements
  • Coordinate and supervise onsite activities to ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Up to 2 years of experience in construction projects is preferred
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, power distribution networks, and low-current systems
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, quality control, and safety requirements
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, LAN, BMS, and related systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
