Compensation: upto $ 8,000 (SAR 30,000)

per month

We are hiring 3 Regional Marketing & Sales Directors for a senior commercial leadership mandate with a leading technology-focused organization in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive regional sales and business development strategy across international markets.

* Identify, develop, and convert high-value enterprise opportunities.

* Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, enterprise clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.

* Lead commercial negotiations and support complex enterprise sales cycles.

* Develop market-entry and growth strategies for international territories.

* Represent the organization at senior executive meetings, industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

* Collaborate with technology, delivery, and leadership teams to develop solutions aligned with client requirements.

* Drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and long-term customer relationships.

* Travel internationally as required to support business development and client relationships.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for commercially strong professionals with:

* 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Regional Sales, or Commercial Leadership.

* Strong experience in Digital Transformation, AI, Enterprise Software, Technology Services, or related technology sectors.

* Proven experience managing international markets, particularly Europe and/or Latin America.

* Fluent English - mandatory.

* Spanish proficiency - highly preferred.

* Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities.

* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.

* Strong commercial negotiation and strategic business development abilities.

* A proven track record of developing markets and delivering enterprise-level business growth.

* Willingness to undertake extensive international travel.

* Candidates should be currently residing in Riyadh and available for an in-person selection process.

Additional Information

* Visa and relocation assistance will be provided where required.

* The client will conduct face-to-face interviews only. Virtual interviews will not be considered.
