المهام والمسؤوليات
- تكوين وصيانة ودعم تطبيقات Oracle مع التركيز على ضمان تنفيذ العمليات التجارية وتحسينها بفعالية.
- تحليل متطلبات الأعمال وربطها بحلول Oracle المناسبة.
- إدارة التكامل مع الأنظمة الأخرى والإشراف على الأنشطة المتعلقة بقواعد البيانات مثل مراقبة الأداء واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- التعاون الوثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في الأعمال وفرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والموردين لتنفيذ التحسينات وإجراء اختبارات النظام وحل المشكلات.
- إعداد التوثيق وتقديم التدريب والدعم للمستخدمين والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لاستخدام التطبيقات والمعايير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية في تطبيقات Oracle (مثل ERP و HCM أو الحزم ذات الصلة) بما يشمل التنفيذ والتخصيص والدعم المستمر.
- خبرة عملية في وحدات Oracle للموارد البشرية (HR) بما يشمل التكوين والدعم وتحسين الوظائف المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
- فهم قوي لتحليل العمليات التجارية وتصميمها وتحسينها، مع القدرة على ترجمة المتطلبات إلى حلول Oracle وظيفية.
- معرفة بمفاهيم وأدوات تكامل الأنظمة، مع خبرة في ربط تطبيقات Oracle بالأنظمة والخدمات المؤسسية الأخرى.

Qualifications

- Practical expertise in Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, or related suites), including implementation, customization, and ongoing support.
- Knowledge of system Integration concepts and tools, with experience connecting Oracle Applications to other enterprise systems and services.
- Experience working with Databases, including SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting application-related database issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and support diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant Oracle certifications and prior experience in the ICT or consulting sector are advantageous.
