تسعى شركة Rawafid Industrial إلى تعيين مدير هندسة عمليات المياه (Water Process Engineering Manager) في مكة المكرمة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتقديم القيادة الفنية في تصميم وتطوير وتحسين وتشغيل أنظمة معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والخبرة في تصميم وتشغيل وتحسين مرافق معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي.
- تطوير وتقييم ونمذجة ومحاكاة تقنيات وعمليات معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي الجديدة والحالية.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتقييم للعمليات لتحديد فرص التحسين التشغيلي والتحسين المستمر.
- إعداد نماذج العمليات والنماذج الرياضية والمحاكاة وتحليلات الحساسية باستخدام البرامج الهندسية المعتمدة.
- تطوير مخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs) ومخططات تدفق الكتل (BFDs).
- إعداد حسابات التوازن الكتلي وحسابات العمليات وتقارير التصميم والرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية.
- تحديد أحجام معدات معالجة المياه ومحطات الضخ والخزانات والآبار الجافة والرطبة لشبكات المياه والصرف الصحي ومحطات المعالجة.
- إعداد جداول الكميات المصدّقة وغير المصدّقة (BOQs) ودعم تقديرات التكاليف الهندسية.
- تطوير أدلة التشغيل والصيانة بما في ذلك إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs).
- استكشاف وحل المشكلات التشغيلية والفنية في محطات معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات لضمان امتثال تصاميم العمليات لمتطلبات التخصصات ذات الصلة.
- العمل عن كثب مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين خلال تنفيذ المشروع.
- دعم تسليم المشاريع بنجاح وفقًا للمتطلبات الفنية والجدول الزمني والجودة والميزانية.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية وحسابات التقارير والوثائق الهندسية الأخرى.
- البقاء على اطلاع على التقنيات الناشئة والتطورات الصناعية وأفضل الممارسات في معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب والإرشاد للمهندسين المبتدئين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو أحد التخصصات الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة تتراوح بين 7 و12 عامًا في مجال هندسة عمليات معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- شهادة الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) إلزامية.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهندس محترف (PE).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في تصميم وتحليل وتحسين واستكشاف أنظمة معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي.
- خبرة في حسابات العمليات والتوازن الكتلي وتحديد أحجام المعدات ونمذجة العمليات وتصميم محطات المعالجة.
- خبرة في إعداد مخططات P&IDs وBFDs وتقارير التصميم والمواصفات الفنية وجداول الكميات (BOQs) ووثائق التشغيل والصيانة.
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي ضمن بيئة هندسية أو إنشائية أو EPC أو ما شابه ذلك.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات معالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي والمتطلبات البيئية والمعايير الهندسية المطبقة.
- خبرة في التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات والتفاعل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين في المشروع.

Rawafid is looking for an experienced Water Process Engineer to provide technical leadership in the design, development, optimization, and operation of water and wastewater treatment systems. The role will be responsible for delivering process engineering solutions, developing treatment process designs and calculations, supporting project execution, and ensuring compliance with applicable technical and project requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project teams, and other engineering disciplines to deliver water and wastewater treatment projects safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

- Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, operation, and optimization of water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Develop, evaluate, model, and simulate new and existing water and wastewater treatment technologies and processes
- Conduct process audits and assessments to identify operational improvements and optimization opportunities
- Prepare process models, mathematical models, simulations, and sensitivity analyses using approved engineering software
- Develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs)
- Prepare mass balance calculations, process calculations, design reports, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Size water process equipment, pumping and lifting stations, tanks, dry wells, and wet wells for water/sewer networks and treatment plants
- Prepare priced and unpriced Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and support engineering cost estimates
- Develop operation and maintenance manuals, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and operational issues in water and wastewater treatment plants
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure process designs comply with relevant discipline requirements
- Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project execution
- Support the successful delivery of projects in accordance with technical, schedule, quality, and budget requirements
- Prepare technical and calculation reports and other engineering documentation
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry developments, and best practices in water and wastewater treatment
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment process engineering
- Minimum 7 years of in-Kingdom (Saudi Arabia) experience
- Strong experience in the design, analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting of water and wastewater treatment systems
- Experience with process calculations, mass balances, equipment sizing, process modeling, and treatment plant design
- Experience preparing P&IDs, BFDs, design reports, technical specifications, BOQs, and O&M documentation
- Experience working on water and wastewater treatment projects within an engineering, construction, EPC, or related environment
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, environmental requirements, and applicable engineering standards
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and interacting with clients and other project stakeholders
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) certification is required
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred
