تعلن شركة Flow، الرائدة في تطوير مساحات المعيشة المتكاملة، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مشتريات (Procurement Engineer) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب مسؤولية بناء وإدارة وظيفة المشتريات في محفظة الشركة بالمملكة، مع التركيز على تأثيث وتجهيز الوحدات السكنية والمستلزمات التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المشتريات الشاملة (من البداية إلى النهاية) لفئات FF&E والمرافق والمستلزمات التشغيلية في المملكة - ضمان تحقيق متطلبات الجودة والتكلفة والتسليم باستمرار.
- بناء وإدارة شبكة قوية من الموردين في المملكة، والتفاوض على الأسعار والعقود والشروط التجارية ومستويات الخدمة.
- قيادة عمليات طلب العروض والمنافسة، تقييم الموردين، وإجراء مراجعات أداء دورية مع الشركاء الرئيسيين.
- الحفاظ على وثائق مشتريات كاملة ودقيقة، بما في ذلك أوامر الشراء والعقود والفواتير وسجلات الموردين وإشعارات الطلب ووثائق الشحن.
- إدارة سير عمل الشراء من الطلب إلى التسليم بالتنسيق مع فرق التصميم والتطوير والمرافق والعمليات والمالية.
- تحديث سجلات نظام ERP للطلبات والتكاليف والإيصالات والمخزون وبيانات المشتريات ذات الصلة.
- مراقبة أسعار السوق في المملكة، ظروف التوريد، وأداء الموردين لتحديد فرص خفض التكاليف وتقليل مخاطر التوريد.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السعودية بما في ذلك معايير SASO، توثيق ضريبة القيمة المضافة، التزامات السعودة (نطاقات)، ومتطلبات الاستيراد.
- توقع احتياجات التوريد، تحديد الاضطرابات المحتملة مبكراً، وتطوير حلول مصادر بديلة.
- تحسين عمليات المشتريات والتقارير والأنظمة والرقابة بشكل مستمر مع توسع Flow.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المشتريات أو الشراء، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاعات الضيافة، العقارات، السكن الفاخر، أو التشطيبات (fit-out).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المشتريات أو الشراء في قطاعات البناء، التشطيبات، الضيافة، العقارات، أو السكن الفاخر (ملاحظة: الشرط مكرر في الإعلان الأصلي ويُحتسب تراكمياً).
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي تعتبر ميزة قوية.

Role Description
The Procurement Engineer is an individual contributor who will own and build Flow's procurement function across our KSA portfolio, with an immediate focus on FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies for our residential communities in Riyadh. Reporting to the Head of Program Design & Development, MENA - Physical Delivery, this is a hands-on, KSA-based role combining strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and execution. The Procurement Engineer is accountable for ensuring the right products are sourced at the right quality and cost - and delivered on time.
Core Scope
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, luxury
residential, or fit-out.
5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in construction, fit-out, hospitality, real estate, or luxury residential sectors.
Experience working in KSA or the broader GCC strongly preferred.
Full professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems, Excel or Google Sheets, inventory management tools, expense/invoice platforms, and operational reporting systems.

Core Scope
- Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational categories in KSA - ensuring quality, cost, and delivery requirements are consistently met.
- Build and manage a strong supplier network across KSA, negotiating pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and service levels.
- Lead RFQ and competitive bidding processes, evaluate suppliers, and conduct regular performance reviews with key partners.
- Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation, including POs, contracts, invoices, vendor records, order acknowledgements, and freight documentation.
- Manage purchasing workflows from request through delivery, coordinating closely with Design & Development, Facilities, Operations, and Finance.
- Maintain accurate ERP records for orders, costs, receipts, inventory, and related procurement data.
- Monitor KSA market pricing, supply conditions, and vendor performance to identify cost savings and reduce supply risk.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations including SASO standards, VAT documentation, Saudization (Nitaqat) obligations, and import requirements.
- Anticipate supply requirements, identify potential disruptions early, and develop alternative sourcing solutions.
- Continuously improve procurement processes, reporting, systems, and controls as Flow scales.
- Can-do, GTD mindset - you take initiative, solve problems, and drive outcomes without waiting to be told.
- Ownership - you anticipate needs and take full accountability from request through delivery.
