Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder with Investment role based in Al Khobar. The Co-Founder will work closely with other principals to define the company’s vision, develop investment theses, and identify strategic opportunities in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing potential investments, conducting financial and market analysis, participating in negotiations, and overseeing the launch and growth of portfolio companies. The role also involves building relationships with partners, advisors, and key stakeholders, as well as supporting operational decision-making and governance across the holding structure. The Co-Founder is expected to contribute capital, actively engage in strategic leadership, and help establish processes, metrics, and culture that drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong background in investment, finance, or entrepreneurship, with experience evaluating business models, financial performance, and market potential.
• Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans, including portfolio development, market entry strategies, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in building teams, guiding founders or executives, and fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with comfort handling complex, ambiguous situations.
• Advanced communication and negotiation abilities, including managing stakeholder expectations and representing the company in high-level discussions.
• Willingness and capacity to invest capital, assume shared risk, and commit to the company’s long-term success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in a holding company, private equity, venture capital, or startup founding environment is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with the local and regional business landscape are beneficial.
