تعلن شركة Morson Edge من خلال منصة Aviation JobSearch Europa عن فرصة توظيف فني أنظمة هوائية وهيدروليكية للطائرات (Aircraft Pneudraulic Technician) للعمل في مدينة الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن برنامج صيانة أسطول طائرات تورنادو التابع للقوات الجوية الملكية السعودية، بعقد مؤقت لمدة 3 أشهر قابلة للتجديد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أعمال الفحص والتركيب واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح وتجديد وتعديل الأنظمة الهوائية والهيدروليكية للطائرات.
- صيانة وإصلاح معدات الدعم الأرضي ذات الصلة.
- تشخيص أعطال النظام وتنفيذ أنشطة الإصلاح.
- اختبار الأنظمة والتجميعات الفرعية للتأكد من عدم التسرب والضغط والضبط والصلاحية.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة وفقاً للمنشورات التقنية والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- دعم جاهزية الطائرة والاستعداد التشغيلي.
- ضمان إنجاز العمل وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والصلاحية الجوية.
- الحفاظ على دقة توثيق وسجلات الصيانة.
- دعم أنشطة توليد الطائرات واستعادة الصيانة.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل والإرشاد الفني عند الحاجة.
- دعم تطوير الفنيين المتدربين.
- المساهمة في حل المشكلات الهندسية وأنشطة التحسين المستمر.
- الحفاظ على سريان التصاريح والتأهيلات المتعلقة بالمهام المسندة.
- الامتثال للمنشورات التقنية وإجراءات الصيانة المعتمدة.
- دعم إجراءات منع الأجسام الغريبة (FOD) ومعايير النظافة.
- الالتزام بمتطلبات السلامة والصحة والبيئة (SHE) وسلامة المنتج.
- ضمان استكمال وثائق الصيانة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمن في بيئة الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إتمام دورة تدريبية معترف بها في تخصص الأنظمة الهوائية والهيدروليكية للطائرات (عسكرية أو مدنية).
- خبرة مثبتة في صيانة الأنظمة الهوائية والهيدروليكية للطائرات.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية والمخططات والمنشورات التقنية.
- فهم قوي لإجراءات صيانة الطائرات والوثائق الهندسية.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات صيانة طيران عسكرية أو تجارية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- خبرة في صيانة طائرات تورنادو (مرغوب بشدة).
- خبرة في الصيانة العميقة لأنظمة تورنادو الهوائية والهيدروليكية (مرغوب).
- تدريب على وحدة مكابح تورنادو (مرغوب).
- دورة مشغل STRAAT 5 (مرغوب).
- خبرة في صيانة الطائرات النفاثة السريعة (مرغوب).
- خبرة في الطيران العسكري (مرغوب).
- خبرة في العمل ضمن منظمات صيانة خاضعة للرقابة التنظيمية (مرغوب).

This is an excellent opportunity for aircraft pneudraulic specialists to join a highly experienced maintenance organisation supporting operational military aircraft within a professional and highly regulated aviation environment.
Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, repair, overhaul, modification, and testing of aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems, helping to maintain aircraft availability and operational readiness across a major military aviation programme.
Whether your background is fast jet, military aviation, transport aircraft, rotary wing, or complex aircraft maintenance, this role offers the opportunity to apply your specialist skills within a large-scale operational aviation environment.
Previous Tornado experience is highly desirable but not essential. Engineers with relevant aircraft pneudraulic or hydraulic systems experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role
Reporting to the Pneudraulic Supervisor, you will carry out maintenance activities on aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems and associated support equipment, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with approved technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
You will support aircraft availability through inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, overhaul, modification, testing, and servicing activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship.
The role requires a sound understanding of aircraft pneudraulic systems and the ability to operate effectively within a structured military aviation environment supporting operational aircraft readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Pneudraulic Maintenance
Inspect, install, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and modify aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Maintain and repair associated ground support equipment
Diagnose system faults and carry out rectification activities
Conduct testing of systems and sub-assemblies for leakage, pressure, adjustment, and serviceability
Perform maintenance activities in accordance with approved technical publications and procedures
Support aircraft serviceability and operational readiness
Ensure all work is completed to required quality and airworthiness standards
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records
Support aircraft generation and maintenance recovery activities
Training & Development
Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance where required
Support the development of trainee technicians
Assist with engineering problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
Maintain valid and current authorisations relevant to assigned tasks
Quality & Safety
Maintain compliance with technical publications and approved maintenance procedures
Support FOD prevention and housekeeping standards
Adhere to all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and Product Safety requirements
Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and on time
Promote safe working practices within the maintenance environment
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Completion of a recognised Aircraft Pneudraulic Trade Course (military or civilian)
Demonstrable experience maintaining aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical publications
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and engineering documentation
Experience working within military or commercial aviation maintenance environments
Current driving licence
