نبذة عن الوظيفة
قيادة فريق الإنتاج الخلفي لضمان التشغيل الفعّال، والإنتاج عالي الجودة، والالتزام بمعايير السلامة داخل شركة CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd. الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية، وتحسين العمليات، وإدارة أداء الفريق لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية لفريق الإنتاج الخلفي وتنسيقها، بما في ذلك جدولة المهام، وتوزيع المهام، ومراقبة الأداء.
- ضمان التزام جميع عمليات الإنتاج بمعايير ومواصفات مراقبة الجودة المقررة لتصنيع العبوات.
- تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة وتعزيزها، وإجراء مراجعات سلامة دورية، ومعالجة أي مخاطر فور ظهورها.
- استكشاف مشكلات الإنتاج وأعطال الآلات وإصلاحها، ورفع المشكلات المعقدة إلى قسم الصيانة أو الهندسة حسب الحاجة.
- تدريب أعضاء الفريق الجدد على إجراءات التشغيل، وبروتوكولات السلامة، ومعايير الجودة.
- مراقبة مقاييس الإنتاج، وتحليل البيانات، وتقديم تقارير عن أداء الفريق والمخرجات إلى الإدارة.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات وزيادة الكفاءة، والمساهمة في تنفيذها.
- الحفاظ على سجلات إنتاج دقيقة، بما في ذلك أوقات التوقف، والإنتاج، وفحوصات الجودة.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى كالإنتاج الأمامي، والصيانة، وضمان الجودة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية ومنتجة، ودعم العمل الجماعي والتواصل المفتوح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضَّل حصول المرشح على درجة الدبلوم في مجال تقني أو ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في الإنتاج الصناعي، ويفضّل في صناعة العبوات أو التغليف.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنة في دور إشرافي أو قيادة فريق.
- مهارات ميكانيكية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات، مع القدرة على استكشاف أعطال معدات الإنتاج.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على تحفيز الفريق وقيادته.
- فهم واضح لمبادئ مراقبة الجودة ولوائح السلامة في بيئة التصنيع.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المستندات الفنية والمخططات ومواصفات الإنتاج.
- إجادة استخدام التطبيقات الحاسوبية الأساسية (مثل مجموعة Microsoft Office).
- القدرة على العمل في نوبات متناوبة تشمل الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب الحاجة.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the back-end production team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all production processes meet established quality control standards and specifications for can manufacturing.
- Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits and addressing any hazards promptly.
- Troubleshoot production issues and machine malfunctions, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering as needed.
- Train new team members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and report on team performance and output to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and contribute to their implementation.
- Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-end production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing production, preferably in the can or packaging industry.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality control principles and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and production specifications.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
