شركة Crown Arabia Can Company Ltd (إحدى شركات Crown Holdings, Inc.) تعلن عن حاجة إلى ميكانيكي واجهة إنتاج (Front End Mechanic) للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية بالدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية الروتينية لمجموعة متنوعة من ماكينات الإنتاج الأمامية، بما في ذلك المكابس (presses)، والمقاشط (trimmers)، ومسطحات الحواف (flangers)، وماكينات الخياطة (seaming machines).
  • تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهوائية والهيدروليكية في معدات الإنتاج وتنفيذ الإصلاحات الفعالة.
  • استكشاف أعطال الماكينات المعقدة وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية لمنع تكرارها.
  • إجراء التعديلات والمعايرات الدقيقة لضمان تشغيل الماكينات وفق المواصفات.
  • فك وإصلاح وإعادة تجميع المكونات الميكانيكية، بما في ذلك التروس والمحامل والأعمدة والمحركات.
  • قراءة وتفسير الكتيّبات الفنية والمخططات والرسومات الهندسية للمساعدة في استكشاف الأعطال والإصلاح.
  • توثيق جميع أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لتحديد ومعالجة مشكلات المعدات المحتملة بشكل استباقي.
  • الالتزام بجميع لوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة أثناء أداء المهام.
  • المساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل الماكينات والمعدات الجديدة.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل بشدة الحصول على تدريب مهني أو شهادة في الصيانة الصناعية أو الميكانيكا أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات كميكانيكي في بيئة صناعية أو تصنيعية، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال صناعة العلب أو ماكينات الإنتاج عالية السرعة المماثلة.
  • كفاءة ميكانيكية عالية وخبرة عملية مع مجموعة واسعة من المعدات الصناعية.
  • إجادة تشخيص وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية (حتى 480 فولت) والهوائية والهيدروليكية.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات وكتيبات المعدات.
  • الإلمام بمختلف الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية وأدوات القياس الدقيقة.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع.
  • القدرة على العمل في مناوبات مختلفة، بما في ذلك الليل وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة.
  • القدرة البدنية على رفع الأشياء الثقيلة والوقوف لفترات طويلة والعمل في أوضاع مختلفة.

Job Description

Job Summary:**

CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Front End Mechanic to maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and minimizing downtime in our manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on a variety of front-end production machinery, including presses, trimmers, flangers, and seaming machines.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with production equipment and implement effective repairs.
  • Troubleshoot complex machinery malfunctions and identify root causes to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Execute precise adjustments and calibrations to ensure machinery operates according to specifications.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components, including gears, bearings, shafts, and motors.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address potential equipment issues proactively.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably with experience on can-making or similar high-speed production machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with a wide range of industrial equipment.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Familiarity with various hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various positions.
