شركة Crown Arabia Can Company Ltd تعلن عن وظيفة فني ميكانيكي للعلب (Cans Mechanical Technician-2) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. المسؤول عن تنفيذ الصيانة الميكانيكية المتخصصة وإصلاح وأعطال معدات وآلات تصنيع العلب لضمان كفاءة الإنتاج وجودة المنتج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لآلات تصنيع العلب، بما في ذلك المكابس، وصانعات الأجسام، والمقصات، والمثنيات، والمقلوظة، والمُحكِّمات، وأنظمة النقل المرتبطة بها.
  • تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الحلول الفعالة لتقليل وقت التوقف.
  • إجراء التعديلات والمحاذاة والمعايرة لمعدات الإنتاج للحفاظ على معايير التشغيل المحددة.
  • قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات التخطيطية والأدلة الفنية لتوجيه أنشطة الإصلاح والصيانة.
  • استبدال الأجزاء والمكونات والتجميعات التالفة، بما في ذلك المحامل والتروس والأعمدة والسيور والمكونات الهوائية/الهيدروليكية.
  • إجراء فحوصات دورية للآلات لتحديد المشكلات المحتملة ومعالجتها بشكل استباقي.
  • الالتزام بجميع لوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للصيانة المنفذة وقطع الغيار المستخدمة وحالة المعدات.
  • التعاون مع مشغلي الإنتاج والفنيين الآخرين لتحسين أداء الآلات وحل تحديات الإنتاج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات كفني ميكانيكي في بيئة تصنيع، ويفضل في صناعة العلب أو التعبئة والتغليف.
  • فهم قوي للمبادئ الميكانيكية والأنظمة الهوائية والهيدروليكية.
  • إتقان تشخيص وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية المعقدة.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات والأدلة.
  • خبرة في أدوات وتقنيات القياس الدقيقة.
  • فهم متين لبروتوكولات وإجراءات السلامة في البيئة الصناعية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة كتابةً وتحدثاً.
  • يفضل الحصول على دبلوم فني أو شهادة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصيانة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.

Job Summary

The Cans Mechanical Technician-2 is responsible for performing skilled mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of can manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on can manufacturing machinery, including presses, bodymakers, trimmers, flangers, neckers, seamers, and associated conveyor systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults and breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Perform adjustments, alignments, and calibrations of production equipment to maintain specified operational parameters.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repair and maintenance activities.
  • Replace defective parts, components, and assemblies, including bearings, gears, shafts, belts, and pneumatic/hydraulic components.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and equipment status.
  • Collaborate with production operators and other technicians to optimize machine performance and resolve production challenges.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a mechanical technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the can making or packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Experience with precision measurement tools and techniques.
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
