نبذة عن الوظيفة
- العمل ضمن وحدة أعمال حلول البنية التحتية - قسم الحلول الجاهزة.
- يمثل هذا الدور نقطة التقاء بين الهندسة والتسليم وإشراك العميل، حيث يتولى مسؤولية الرحلة من المفهوم الأولي إلى النشر الفعلي.
- يقوم النجاح على ثلاث ركائز أساسية: عمق التصميم (قدرة تصميم ميكانيكي وكهربائي قوي عبر أنظمة مراكز البيانات مع وعي متعدد التخصصات)، والواقع التشغيلي (خبرة في المرافق المنفذة والمشغلة)، وقيادة العملاء (القدرة على إشراك العملاء وترجمة المتطلبات وصياغة الحلول).
- هذا ليس دورًا تصميميًا بحتًا، بل يتطلب أفرادًا يفهمون ما ينجح على الورق وما يؤدي أداءً جيدًا في البيئات الحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير الحلول ودعم ما قبل البيع: ترجمة متطلبات العملاء إلى مفاهيم حلول باستخدام البنى المعتمدة والمعايير.
- إعداد المقترحات الفنية ووثائق الحلول وقوائم المواد (Bills of Material).
- دعم فريق المبيعات بالمدخلات الفنية أثناء مشاركات العملاء والعروض التوضيحية والاستفسارات.
- تطبيق المعايير والبنى: تطبيق البنى المرجعية لشركة Vertiv ونماذج التكرار وإرشادات التصميم.
- ضمان توافق الحلول مع وضع المحفظة ونماذج التكلفة وقيود التسليم.
- تحديد الانحرافات عن البنى المعيارية ورفعها عند الحاجة.
- التعاون متعدد التخصصات: العمل بشكل وثيق مع التخصصات الهندسية الداخلية (الكهرباء، الميكانيكا، أنظمة التحكم، الخدمات).
- تنسيق المدخلات من المختصين الداخليين والوظائف الداعمة.
- دعم الانتقال السلس للحلول إلى مراحل التنفيذ.
- الجودة والوعي بالمخاطر: ضمان استيفاء الحلول للمتطلبات الفنية والامتثالية ومتطلبات العملاء.
- توضيح المخاطر الفنية والافتراضات والتبعيات بوضوح.
- دعم التحقق من صحة الحلول مقابل المعايير المنطبقة (مثل نية التصنيف - Tier intent، فلسفة التكرار).
- التحسين المستمر: التقاط الدروس المستفادة من المشاريع المنفذة.
- المساهمة بتغذية راجعة لتحسين التصاميم المرجعية والأدوات وإرشادات الحلول.
- تطوير الفهم التقني والتجاري لعروض Vertiv بشكل نشط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة تقنية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 6 إلى 8 سنوات في المبيعات الفنية أو التصميم أو هندسة الحلول في بيئات البنية التحتية أو مراكز البيانات.
- فهم متين لمفاهيم أنظمة الطاقة والتبريد والبنية التحتية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على التعامل مع الأطراف المعنية.
- الاستعداد للسفر بنسبة 20% تقريبًا.

This role is for data centre designers who don’t just create concepts-but deliver infrastructure that gets built, commissioned, and operated at scale.
As part of the Infrastructure Solutions business unit, our prefabricated division, you will represent the full capability of the organization in front of customers; translating requirements into integrated, world-class data centre solutions.
You will operate at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and client engagement-owning the journey from initial concept through to real-world deployment. This is not a pure design role; it requires individuals who understand what works on paper and what performs in live environments.

- Design Depth - Strong mechanical and electrical design capability across data centre systems, with cross-discipline awareness
- Operational Reality - Experience with constructed, commissioned, and running facilities

- Solution Development & Presales Support
- Translate customer requirements into solution concepts using approved architectures and standards
- Develop technical proposals, solution descriptions, and Bills of Material
- Support Sales with technical input during customer engagements, presentations, and clarifications
- Application of Standards & Architectures
- Apply Vertiv reference architectures, redundancy models, and design guidelines
- Ensure solutions align with portfolio positioning, cost models, and delivery constraints
- Identify deviations from standard architectures and escalate when required
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, controls, services)
- Coordinate inputs from internal specialists and support functions
- Support smooth handover of solutions into execution phases
- Quality & Risk Awareness
- Ensure solutions meet defined technical, compliance, and customer requirements
- Highlight technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies clearly
- Support validation against applicable standards (e.g. Tier intent, redundancy philosophy)
- Continuous Improvement
- Capture lessons learned from executed projects
- Contribute feedback to improve reference designs, tools, and solution guidelines
- Actively develop technical and commercial understanding of Vertiv’s offerings
- Technical degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline)
- 6-8 years experience in presales, design, or solution engineering in infrastructure / data centre environments
- Solid understanding of power, cooling, and infrastructure system concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
